Justice only occurs where the legal system is Just... How just is our legal system? Justice no longer sits in many of our courts of law and with a little research one can demonstrate that our liberties are disappearing in a judicial system that is more interested in establishing a new socialist paradigm than to administer Justice.
Decades ago our forefathers enjoyed swift justice... The right to peaceable assembly and protest was not defined as insurrection, The individual's right to keep and bear arms was not routinely challenged by nearly every court in the land. Free association, religious liberty, the right to be secure in one's papers and possession, and a host of other liberties have gradually been DENIED thru judicial activism. The abuse of our liberties, by a rouge judicial system, has become routine. The system jails parents for challenging school boards, arrests citizens who fail to wear masks, releases illegal aliens to infect large segments of society, and sets hardened criminals loose, without bail, to continue their string of crimes.
Yet some believe justice is working, albeit slowly... The Judicial System is not working... it is badly broken. It is more than slow, it is corrupt
Let's hope there's a (figurative) rope around the neck that halts this mis-administration's fall ...

Jim, I agree, there are a whole host of devildemocommiecrats and a large number of gop establishment hacks, starting with mcconnell and mccarthy that need a rope around their neck and a quick drop!!!!!!!!!!
In order to conceive a realistic idea of future events of this regime, review the past histories of troubled Tyrannies and the paths they followed. In Governments there is nothing New, only echoes, until the creation of "The Great American Experiment" of which the Sovereign Citizens began the Process of relinquishing their power to the Servants almost from this Nation's Inception.
Put what will the right do? Put there heads in the sand when they win and forget who put them in charge.
The right will do what they always do nothing and they will not fix or repair any damage that the left has done!

J Sheppard, unfortunately you are correct, the "right" which is so in name only, are more interested in appeasing the satanists, bowing to political correctness, to lessen the criticism from the Pravda/Goebbels fake news propagandists!!!!!!!!!! mcconnell, mccarthy, and their minions are complicit in tyranny, not caring what We the People want or say!!!!! Their attitude is, "so what are you going to do, vote for a devildemocommiecrat?". Sadly, We the People have a choice of 2 evil parties, one only slightly less evil than the other. One, devildemocommiecrats, want to take us over the cliff to totalitarianism at 90 mph while the other, the gop establishment, wants to take it at only 50 mph but the end result is the same, a crash to totalitarianism!!!!!!!!!!
The posse comitatus act prohibits the use of the Miliary in the role of police... posting the NG or Active Duty Military at every polling site would not keep the precinct captains and election judges from having them isolated or even removed... it will take imposing martial law to do what you suggest. Besides, there is little the military can do to prevent mail-in ballots from being fraudulently produced or the fraudulent disqualification or acceptance of any ballot... The NG or Military will not be counting or judging the qualification of ballots.
That is all well and fine... EXCEPT they don't have the lawful authority to intervene/interfere with an election... unless there is Martial Law they have no legal power to act
That was being done in the last election and it did no good... in fact, the qualified observers in many places were removed when they pointed out the problems/violations of the state's election laws. You obviously don't know how corrupt some of our election officials and processes have become... yet, you remain confident the red tied will rule the day come the next election... lots of luck on that happening... you'll need it.
