This is exactly the way "Public Opinions" are persuaded, provided it ever reaches their eyes and ears! This needs to be "Overwhelmingly Demanded via phone, email and letters Daily" of our Medias, Radio, Television and Written Press!
The lack of such bravado and clarity when debating key issues is precisely why the GOP continues to struggle with their messaging... pay attention to Sen. McConnell when he speaks... his monotone, bland, nearly zombie physic quickly turns an audience off... not to mention he has a very difficult time in expressing the SALIENT points he needs to make. It is also obvious that the GOP doesn't have an office of communications that issues talking points... or at least outlines the key issues and narrative of the day, for the party. If they do... the GOP leadership needs to fire whoever is running the office of communications as they are totally inept.
