Several conservative justices on the U.S. Supreme Court called into question President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for businesses legality. Republican officials and business requested the nation’s highest court to block the controversial policy that doesn’t seem to sit well with so many Americans.
As the case reached the top court on Friday, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Neil Gorsuch said that instead of a federal agency taking the lead in dealing with the pandemic, the states and congress should take the lead.
According to Justice Amy Coney Barrett, a conservative fellow justice, the workplace policy – affecting over 80 million Americans – is too broad.
The fate of Biden’s controversial mandate likely rests with Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Barrett. Compared to the other three conservative justices, they have been more open to state-level vaccine requirements.

Janet, It is not the duty of Our Judicial Branch of Government to either prevent or cause conflict/war within or without the borders of Our Nation. Their Duty is to assure that "All Our Governments Enactments" remain within the Confines set forth in Our Constitution to Keep Their Powers at Bay. The actual decision of "All Out War" in this Country will be decided between the Governments and the Citizens of this Nation. The Right to Replace Our Own Governments was Granted to Us in "Our Declaration of Independence." The means to do so was included in the "Bill of Rights" insisted of inclusion prior to Ratification of Our Constitution to Protect the Citizens from their Own Governments. We, the People have this Option, and yet we have another, which is to totally ignore Government Orders when and wherever possible. Shop and do as you please without the "Masks and Vaccinations." The Governments do not have enough personnel in police, courts, records, nor jail facilities, or Public Service Detail Punishment to have any effect other than depletion of funds. There are many ways to the Top of the Mountain, but the View is the same once One arrives.

They better stike his mandates down or there will eventually be an all out war in this country.
When the American Citizens relinquished power to those who serve them in the Congress and Presidency, they opened the door of "Control of Our Laws" through Our Supreme Court. The Constitution is the Foundation of Our Form of Government and The Bill of Rights the Protection for the Citizens Against their own Governments.

I listened to the court hearings. Kagan, Breyer, Soto Mayar --- all in the bag for Biden's mandates and communism.
I had to turn it off. They are political and personal not constitutional at all.
