The Supreme Court rejected a case Monday seeking to have Hillary Clinton testify about her use of a private email for official business as secretary of state in the Obama administration.
Without comment, the justices declined to hear the challenge by the conservative activist group Judicial Watch.
It would have taken four justices to vote to grant review on the matter.
“Hillary Clinton ignored the law but received special protection from both the courts and law enforcement. For countless Americans, this double standard of justice has destroyed confidence in the fair administration of justice,” said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch.
David Kendall, who represented Mrs. Clinton, said the Supreme Court‘s decision “speaks for itself.” He declined to elaborate.

Who do they answer too? The life time appointment makes them the Rulers not Judges. They should only be in for maximum of 10 years. Not appointed but elected. They are easily corrupted, and I beleive the majority of them have become CORRUPTLY SUPREME, to rule over us. When there are not 4 that would rule against Clinton. Is anyone ready to help your state leave this corrupt Union of States that has lost it's beliefs and way to make us like communist or socialist? Not one word in Article III states they have lifetime appointments, only that may serve during "good behavior." It is one more lie, like "separation of church and state" and "democracy."
Exactly.... nothing the Courts do or say must be trusted... they have demonstrated their total disregard for justice and the US Constitution.. the American way hits the highway when it comes to the modern judiciary and judicial system. Time to hang a few judges ... as a reminder that they are not immune to the law.

Indeed, the Supreme Court‘s decision “speaks for itself.”... Its decision was issued WITHOUT COMMENT as I suspect they had no legal basis for their decision and with the recent findings of the Court concerning standing for cases involving Federal Elections Fraud the SCOTUS is rapidly becoming a failed court. It is more aking to a Kangaroo court serving the elitests and their Marxist cohorts.
