Former White House chief strategist Stephen Bannon and three others were arrested and charged with defrauding hundreds of thousands of donors who contributed to a fundraising campaign for a private border wall, the U.S. attorney's office for the Southern District of New York said Thursday.
Bannon, Brian Kolfage, Andrew Badolato and Timothy Shea allegedly defrauded donors of the online crowdfunding campaign known as “We Build the Wall,” which raised more than $25 million, the office said. The four defendants are expected to appear in court Thursday afternoon.
"As alleged, the defendants defrauded hundreds of thousands of donors, capitalizing on their interest in funding a border wall to raise millions of dollars, under the false pretense that all of that money would be spent on construction," Acting U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss said.

Trump is being less than accurate on how much of the wall he has built and how much of the Southern Border remains unsecured by a Wall... many places don't even have sufficient camera, motion detectors or drone coverage. Steve Bannon was taken into custody by the postal inspection service off the coast of Connecticut Thursday. President Donald Trump's former chief strategist was pulled from a yacht and arrested on allegations that he and three associates ripped off donors trying to fund a southern border wall, making him the latest in a long list of Trump allies to be charged with a crime. Dustin Stockton, who helped start the campaign (to build a private wall) said, "it seemed clear that federal prosecutors were “attacking political infrastructure" that supports President Trump right before the election.” Mr. Stockton is currently working on the Trump Campaign and was not charged in the case.
The Bannon non-profit wall project has met all sorts of government bureaucratic obstruction from the start. Construction on segments it has built faced resistance from local authorities in New Mexico and Texas and drew accusations of improper permitting. In May, federal officials found that a section of the privately funded wall violated flood construction standards along the Rio Grande. It also caused erosion. Not being able to stop the private venture using conventional venues the Postal Service and its Inspectors recently stumble on the scene alleging criminal conduct.
Steve Bannon has been the target of Trump Administration Federal Prosecutors for some time... US Attorneys, who serve at President Trump's pleasure, and can be replaced with the stroke of a pen teamed up with the Postal Service, outside of the DOJ jurisdiction and oversight, to bring this investigation to a SWIFT indictment. The US Postal Inspectors took less than 12 months to put this case together. Bringing in their indictment under budget and ahead of schedule.
Unlike AG Barr and US Attorney Durham, the Postal Service is obviously no agency to toy with. It sadly appears that more of Trump's friends and supporters are in Jail or on their way; while, the President continues to praise AG Bar and US Attorney Durham for dragging their heels in the mire of the swamp... resulting in the rhetoric of indictments... echoing within the walls of the DOJ... not actual criminal indictments. Perhaps it is time Trump redirects the Deep State and Swamp investigations to the Postal Service?
The President needs to understand 'Loyalty' is a two-way street... and that one-way streets often terminate in a dead-end. For those who don't remember Bannon led the conservative Breitbart News before being tapped to serve as chief executive officer of Trump’s campaign in its critical final months. He later served as chief strategist during the turbulent early months of Trump’s administration. It appears to be more dangerous to be the Presidents loyal supporter than his enemies.
So this makes one more federal agency working against Trump (and us and America)
Please gentle readers, I happen to know more than a few Postal Inspectors and all I have to do to make them cringe in fear is ask them. "Say do you know Joey C.?" Joey C. is a ledgend in the Postal Inspection Service because instead of holstering his service pistol properly in its holster he placed it into his belt and then there was an accidental discharge and terrible scream. I must warn in federal law enforcement there are a lot of clowns and after the whole Jussie Smollett fiasco there was alot of talk that the Federal Bureau of Investigation handling the case. I ran into a couple of Postal Inspector at a gun shop and I quipped "don't worry about it the Bureau could not their tails with a ground guide and a strip map and there were evil laughs in the shop.
All you need to know about the deep state is that it shut down the Trump Foundation, too.

Well...I contributed to Brian and will do so again..the wall that has been built is well worth it to me...this is a deep state attack. Pray for them all.
He got arrested but what happened to the Obama administration where are they at?
