Biden had sufficient Electoral votes to be installed as President. What we have here is a Criminal... a fraud in the office of President. Should the SCOTUS find that the election was indeed a fraud... then Biden must either RESIGN or be IMPEACHED.
The problem is that the Democrats are likely to argue that the SCOTUS is stacked with GOP operatives and that their judgment is in error... They will then state that Biden was confirmed as president by Congress and that Congress is the controlling constitutional authority for installing or removing a president, not the SCOTUS... They will simply ignore any SCOTUS ruling that Biden is in office by fraud. The only lawful and Constitutional way to remove Biden is through IMPEACHMENT, the 25th Amendment, or death... Congress under VP Pence sold us out and Pence's name will go down in infamy for his unjust and ill-advised act of betrayal.
The National Guard is probably in DC to keep Biden in office... should the SCOTUS rule the election is a fraud and the people show up by the millions to remove him by force. I will be surprised if the SCOTUS takes these cases and if they do it will not be to remove Biden... it will be to establish the fraud that took place and create the framework for future actions by the Courts regarding election law and fraud. It will not be to remove a sitting President.. that process should have occurred at the STATE Level where the electors should have been judged uncertifiable due to fraud...
The legal challenges claiming fraud needed to happen by December's Electoral College meeting... and at the very latest in the Joint Session of Congress, held on 6 January. That session of Congress certified the result of the election, and Constitutionally certified the election. It ended take any further constitutional challenges to the official electoral count and officially announced the winner of the election and the next President.
