Biden has a double ARTHUR ROBERTS, Hollywood actor, he has portrayed BIDEN in the past. W'hat would be the implications if that was true and Roberts has been signing EO's and has no authority? A little Hollywood makeup and he could be Biden.

As a medical professional, he has all the hallmark signs of parkinson's dementia. Flat affect, sun downing, stiff arms, shuffling gate, inability to change directions once he starts in motion, and inability to follow directions. Jill should be charged with elder abuse.
