Time to bring back the "Public Stockades", placed in the Town Center with the heads and arms trapped to receive th rotten fruits and vegetables thrown by those disgusted with such decisions that allowed this travesty to happen. Three days and nights should be long enough to review and repent.

THe Judge and prosecutor who let this individual out need to be charged with accessory to this man's crimes.. and this needs to happen across the board where a defendant has a long history of violent crime.
