Fox News’ Sean Hannity said that the U.S. Senate needs “new leadership” and called on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to step down from his position as leader of the Republicans in the Senate.
Hannity directed the opening monologue of “Hannity” at McConnell and criticized him for his inconsistency in supporting President Donald Trump, as well as trying to reassert establishment control over the Republican Party.
“Senator McConnell would have more credibility with, now, his new eagerness to re-establish the Republican moderates and establishment wing of the party and repudiate President Trump, if he were consistent,” Hannity said, “but ultimately, this is why Americans voted for Donald Trump and not 17 other establishment Republicans.”
McConnell used his floor speech at the Tuesday reconvening of the Senate to criticize Trump over the Jan. 6 riot that resulted in a pro-Trump mob storming the Capitol. There is reportedly a “50-50 chance” that McConnell will vote to convict Trump in an impeachment trial.

And do not forget, Carol, Pelosi's family also has ties in shipping with the Chinese. So much corruption. It staggers the mind.
So many thoughts. Yes, Mitch should feel the switch! He needs to be replaced ASAP. The Tea Party should find the names of those Republicans who want to challenge him in the primaries. We should begin vetting those people NOW. Then, select the one we like and announce our choice. We should begin to support that candidate in all ways possible. We should immediately construct a list of Republican elected office holders who are known as RINOs or who have, at times, demonstrated signs of RINOism. Then, we should do as I suggested with Mitch the Switch. Should we create a new party as many have suggested? But, then again, all that work could be negated if the Dems use the internet again with the voting machines. Should we put our energies into working with state legislatures on making laws that prohibit internet-connected voting machines? But anything we are going to do must commence NOW. Otherwise, we are late to dinner. Thoughts? Can we get the Admins, etc., involved with this?
Ya gotta be kidding!! The Turtle just won re-election - and he's planning to LIVE in the damn Senate for the next 6 years!! This is when a little Heavenly Intervention (are you listening, God?!?) would be VERY welcome!!
McConnell and most Republicans in the Senate and in the House are traitors who turned their backs on Trump faster than you can blink an eye. Anyone not 100% loyal to Trump must go.
Precisely, Paul!
Mitch the old boy needs to go. He back stabbed the president to start with, plus he is just as guilty in terms of money under the table as the Bidens. He couldn't lead a group of boy scouts let alone the US Senate. The Republican party has left us, lets face it, so many of them need a D after their names, it isn't even funny.
Precisely! They run to the beat of the Big Money Drum. We need the Convention of States passed in enough states in order to write our own amendments. The SCOTUS, the Senate, the House, and the POTUS cannot override these amendments. They already have some amendments written, but one must concern itself with the amount of money individuals can donate while denying money from any company, association, PAC, foundation, and the like. Any thoughts?
they will just ignore any amendments we add just as they ignore everything that doesn't suit them now. The only way to succeed is to clean house and start over. We the People must start fresh as our founders did, throw out the satanic corrupt ones and begin again!!!!! I don't believe the gop is salvageable, too much corruption, even at the state level as I experienced in 2012!!!!!
John, the COS will just be ignored, the deep state, including the TRAITOR mcconnell. They don't recognize the Constitution as valid!!!!!
Then the only avenue remaining open to us is civil war. What do we do? Contact our friendly neighborhood militia and go after them?
