Trump must intervene and order the FBI and CIA to produce all evidence they have on George Soros's political acts... his funding of subversives and dealing in espionage and treason... he then needs to order AG Barr to obtain a Grand Jury indictment... However, if history is any indicator it is unlikely the CIA, FBI, DOJ, or the AG will properly investigate or prosecute Soros...
The President will need to INDEPENDENTLY appoint a "Special Counsel and Investigative Body'' using his Constitutional Authority under Article 2, Section 3 of the US Constitution, to 'TAKE CARE that the laws (of the United States) be faithfully executed... no Judiciary, statutory authority, or regulation may restrict the President in his Constitutional duty to FAITHFULLY EXECUTE the laws of the United States.
Such a Special Counsel, organized under the President's Constitutional authority, would have full investigatory and prosecutorial authority... to pursue and bring to trial cases as the evidence dictates... this body would have subpoena powers to compel the production of documents and existing evidence, to compel testimony and depositions of witnesses. It is time the President uses his Constitutional powers and informs those pettifoggers claiming he doesn't have such power that they are fired... relieved for cause... for failure to read and comprehend the simple, direct language, of the Constitution, giving the President, not the AG or FBI Director, the power to faithfully execute the laws of the United States... AS HE SEES FIT... and so directs.
P/S he must stand strong against the SWAMP as they know the minute he exercises his independent Constitutional powers to enforce the laws that they are all on the way to jail... the swamp doesn't want an honest man like our President investigating and prosecuting them... they have created all kinds of twisted and tortured doctrine to state the President must not prosecute or investigate its up to the professionals in the DOJ and FBI...
However, when the DOJ and FBI... along with many other agencies are the criminals it takes an independent counsel under the President's supervision to round them up and bring them to justice... The Constitution is very clear on this issue... the Constitution clearly states "... HE (the president) SHALL TAKE CARE that the Laws be faithfully executed... " The Constitution gives no one else such power... not the judiciary, AG, Director of the FBI, or any of the other cabinet officers.

As you know, we agree on this topic. Trump needs to assume total authority over law enforcement and the judciary. I think he will go there in his second term when he will really drain the deep swamp.
It is high time that Trump takes total control of the judiciary. They have messed with him enough aready anyway. Once he controls the judiciary, he can keep it safe from commies like soros etc.
