I agree... it is time for the Republican Governors and Legislators to mount a coordinated 'Nullification' and Anti-Commandering' legislative march to the sea on DC... nullification of unconstitutional acts regarding the administration and release of illegal aliens... ship them all to DC... let the Feds take us to court.... in the meantime ship millions of indigent illegal aliens to DC and turn the place into a swamp it once was...
The State will need to pass a state law requiring all illegal aliens detained or found in the State, by local and state law enforcement, to be immediately processed for shipment to Washington, DC/ Upon arrival have the state law require them to be released to Federal Custody... or if refused, droped at the nearest federal facility, with notification of the release given to the DC police.
Use anti-commandeering legislation to restrict state support of nearly every social service and environmental regulation ... arrest federal bureaucrats and law enforcement that attempt to enforce what are unconstitutional programs and regulations... let the Fed sue... and just keep on plowing... rounding up federal agents until they are all out of the state or in prison. Hold the line workers responsible (arrest them) if you can't catch the big fish, making it impossible for the big fish to operate.
There are dozens of nullification and anti-commandeering acts that can be imposed upon the Fed... too, reign in their unconstitutional regulations and acts. However, it will take a real bulldogged commitment to enforcing state law. Look for heated face-to-face confrontation...and the need to arrest federal agents in violation of state law. The Marxist will not step aside peacefully.
State governors and legislators need to call out GOP members of Congress for removal... if they fail to assist their state governments... illegal alien direct removal programs ... The State GOP officials must demand any federal representatives who fail to support state removal of illegal aliens or any of its nullification or anti-commandeering legislation be registered as independents or under another party... The State GOP must not sponsor these recalcitrant representatives as GOP candidates in the Primary or General election. Pass legislation denying anyone not officially endorsed by their party to run for any office as a member of the party. Let them run as independents or under another party's banner. Assert the State GOP's power to nominate and run candidates without the RNC interfering... or refusing to fund them... if the RNC refuses to fund the GOP state's official candidate, let the State pull the RNC's certification as the official representatives of the GOP in that state. We have to get tough... enough is enough.
This is crazy... there is no Declaration of War... Where are the Republicans on this dangerous rhetoric? Why haven't the Republicans walked out demanding that Congress refuse to assemble a quarum until Constitutional Government is restored? The Democrat Majority Leader of the House unilaterally stated a state of War exists, Words have meaning and certain words have serious consequences when radically bandied about by Government leadership at the highest levels of government.
Where is the GOP leadership... the Democratic Majority Leader in the House, before an official open session of the House, stated America is at War... War with whom and when was a Declaration of War passed by Congress, and signed by the President? Again, Words have meaning and official speeches before Congress can have an official impact on various provisions under the National Security and Emergency Powers Acts.
This kind of cowboy attitude should never happen among members of Congress, especially, senior leadership
