No, this will only happen if the States abdicate their's and their citizen's soverign rights... Ignore the federal government, pass anti-commandeering and NULLIFICATION LEGISLATION... and keep them coming... every time bum in the federal -courts steps out of line with the Constitution either ignore the finding or pass a new worded slightly different and keep going it.... ignore any injunctive order pending adjudication... and arrest federal officers interfering with the jurisdiction of State courts...
The US Constitution gives no power to the Federal Government to mandate vaccines... any construct and or illusionary claim it has is not supported in the simple language of the Constitution.

My Dr. Brother(s) were forced to take the Covid Jab or be fired from high level Federal Jobs! Yet in the US we have No Approved Vaxx and It’s been over a month since this Mandate announcement was made and it’s been pointed out by The Federalists’ Joy Pullman that no rule has actually been issued by the Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration, also known as OSHA. According to WND, almost two dozen GOP attorney generals who have threatened to file a lawsuit on constitutional grounds have not yet filed, because there is currently no mandate for them to actually take to court.
There most certainly is a verbal and written mandate...Executive Orders, memos, and guidance are all Presidential orders in one form or another... It is the RINO class that would have us believe that the current threats have no basis to file suit... of course, the GOP claim there is no mandate, they are stalling all actions which may have a cooling effect on the mandates and the public's ire and protests.
We are dealing with very devious and disingenuous men in the GOP... McConnell is a snake in the grass and has no intention of allowing the GOP in the US Senate to act EFFECTIVELY to defend against the mandates... law suites challenging the President should have been filed immediately... certainly, in draft and ready for filing by now. What we have is feigned objections for a policy that McConnell and other RINOs approve...

Since when is a mandate considered to be "federal law"? I also seem to recall a little something known as "the 10th amendment". Does the constitution get "put aside" when it interferes with their agenda?
