Democratic boosters and others called for a mistrial in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse after Judge Bruce Schroeder cell phone went off mid-hearing, playing “God Bless The U.S.A.”
Schroeder’s phone went off momentarily in court on Wednesday and the judge’s mic picked up his ringtone, broadcasting it to the courtroom and those watching the proceedings online. Schroeder, appearing annoyed, immediately silenced his phone and moved on with the trial.
Critics said that the ringtone was evidence of bias because former President Donald Trump would also play the Lee Greenwood song at his campaign rallies. One prominent progressive, Bryan Behar, claimed the patriotic song is the “MAGA national anthem.”

They want a mistrial because they so badly botched it! This was a case of self defense from the outset. I could criticise Rittenhouse for decisions he made, but defending himself is not one of the actions I would criticise!

The "Trial" in and of itself, is a travesty against American Justice! Amid a riot of burning, looting, assaults, mayhem and public/private property destruction, one young man begins his day repairing the damage done by the animal instincts of man our "Laws" are designed to contain. In doing so he carried his own means of Legal Protection against criminal attacks. When attacked and pursued by a Mob, without hope of rescue by Law Enforcement, he defended himself. For this he is brought to Trial in a Court of Law while in a City Semi Destroyed no others stand charged of Crimes! This is not American Justice. This is Trial by Emotion and Endored Free Form Racism by the Progressive Socialist MEDIA/Politicians.
