A Portland rioter allegedly stabbed two people to death after being previously set free on rioting charges by a leftist district attorney with ties to the Black Lives Matter organization.
In June, 39-year-old Phillip L. Nelson was arrested for stabbing two people to death in Portland.
However, just one week before the killings, Nelson was arrested during a riot in downtown Portland but the charges were dropped by progressive District Attorney Mike Schmidt, who reportedly refused to pursue charges.
Newly-elected Multnomah County, Oregon, DA Schmidt, whose jurisdiction includes Portland, was put in place the far-left Real Justice PAC.
Real Justice was founded by Marxist Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrice Cullors, prominent BLM activist Shaun King, and several other radical-left agitators.
Before taking office, Schmidt vowed he would work to drop charges against "nonviolent protesters" as district attorney, according to local NBC affiliate KGW.

This so-called District Attorney needs to be arested and charged with accessory after the fact for murder! Both he and ther knife weilder should both e given the death penalty1

Malfeasance or misfeasance in publc office.. abuse of discretion... Difficult to prove, but possible.
Espionage, Criminal Harboring (sanctuary officials) obstruction of justice, interfering with a federal law investigation and law officer, misprion of a felony... and on and on... there are many laws that apply.... the problem is the WILL TO PROSECUTE not the lack of crime.
Time to inforce the law the DA should be removed or put in jail
Mike Schmidt should be charged as an accessory for every crime committed after people are released from custody. Oregon criminals and leftist government officials might just do enough to piss off the general public and turn the state red!
It will never happen. When a leftist was questioned as to whether or not he was going to vote for Trump, his answer was simple, he votes for the left to get free stuff, and that my friend is their bottom line. The left buys the souls of these cesspool bottom suckers because they think the world owes them something. And it is paid for by the extorted taxes the producing taxpayers are forced to pay in.
