    America must change

                   

    We, the American people, have very serious problems in our economy and our nation. We’re going to have to change our attitudes and face some hard realities.

    1. We the American people (each of us) are responsible for our country!!!!! In any civilization, past present or future, under any form of government, pharaoh, dictator, king, censor, communism, socialism, republic, parliament or congress, there is only one person responsible, you can meet that person when you look in the mirror to comb your hair, shave your face or put on your makeup. That is the person responsible!!! When we abrogate our responsibility to any form of government that government will, driven by their own narcissism, will eventually make us their pons and slaves.
    2. You cannot turn a sex maniac loose in a whore house with a credit card. We in the United States have turned loose our congress, presidency, bureaucracy, and the Federal Reserve with our credit card. We have got to take that credit card back or we will never right our economy or our nation.
    3. Government is not God; it only thinks its God. Government is a tool a people of a nation use to do those activities that we can do more efficiently and effectively, collectively then we can do individually.
    4. Bankruptcy is on its way!!!! Our federal debt including all unfunded obligations and consumer debt exceeds the total worth of the USA. Do the math!! 320,000,000 Americans (men, women, and children) each one of us, on a monthly basis.
    1. Unfunded Federal liabilities (estimated between 150 and 200 trillion dollars) let use 165 trillion 30-year payout, 3% interest = $2175/month/American.
    2. 30 trillion-dollar Federal debt, 15-year payout, 3% interest = $650/month/American.
    3. This year’s Federal budget – 5 trillion, cost per American, under a balanced budget = $1305/month/American.
    4. Consumer debt, one year payout, 4.2 trillion = $1094/month/American.
    5. I’m sure I left out some debt!
    6. For a total debt of $5225/month/American.

     

    1. Average family income $72,000/year. 2.54 members per family = $2363/month/American. We would need an average family income of $160,000 just to cover the debt. This does not include monthly living cost, only debt.

    $5225 of federal and consumer debt payments /month/American and $2363 income /month/American = Bankruptcy!!!!!!!! In the future our children must face this reality. Good luck kids, your parents did spoil you.

    When the Governments enforce closures/restrictions on Private/Public Employment, based on a Pandemic Morality Rate Proportionally no higher than the previous 60+ years, in combination with reducing funding for Housing/Feeding/Care of America's Homeless Citizens from 90% to below 50% in a reduced population of over 600 Thousand to 570 Thousand, thus placing them on our Streets, to "Provide Funds to accommodate the excessive flood of Illegal Aliens", the pass legislation to protect the few who can not actually meet the expense of their Monthly Rent, only to Open the door for Multitudes of Squatters, castings landlord/owners into the unenviable positions of forced bankruptcies and Tax Foreclosures, while selling off all other Personal Possessions to pay for the Properties Maintenance and Insurance, not to mention their own family needs and obligations. This whole Covod Pandemic Fiasco is but the most extreme example of Governments Interventions leading to Societal Destruction. Most will never recover. Most will never remember the " Comforts and Growths of th Pasts. Most will not care due to Day to Day Survival. The result of delegating One's Responsibility to Government Bodies, then allowing those Bodies Complete Control.

    I'LL SAY THIS ABOUT RENTALS AS IN [HOUSE RENTALS] THEN APARTMENT RENTALS----Then home rentals in the mountain areas of The San Gabrials and San Brenardino mountains of Southern Cal.!

    ITS ALL THE PRODUCT OF "GREED". BUY UP ALL THE HOMES, FIX UP THE CRAPY HOMES TO CODE THEN JACK THE RENT UP OUT OF SIGHT......SCREW THE HOMELESS, RIGHT?

    AS I WAS BEING EVICTED PRIOR TO JUNE 15 THIS YEAR, THE APARTMENT COMPLEX I LIVED IN WAS UNDERGOING REMODEL INSIDE AND PAINTING OUTSIDE. THEY WERE CHEAPINING THE INTERIOR TO (AKIN) TO A hIGH SCHOOL GYM SHOWER, TILE EVERYWHERE. THEN THEY WERE INCREASING RENTS FOR 1 BEDROOMS  BY $350/MO FROM  $1685 TO $2035 OR 2050 DEPENDING ON MODEL TYPE. MIND YOU THAT WAS FOR ONLY A 1 BR.---2 BR WERE $2200 TO $2500---OH BOYY they said-- lets make back all we lost due to Obamas [DEPRESSION] AND THE GOVERNMENT COVID SHUTDOWN THEY WANTED TO RENT MY OLD APARTMENT BACK TO ME & MY WIFE AND MY 45 YEAR OLD AUTISTIC SON..SOMEONE 70+ YEARS OLD ON SOCIAL SECURITY----JUST OUT AND OUT --- GREED

    WE TRIED TO FIND RENTALS IN MY AREA THAT WE COULD AFORD BUT ALL APARTMENT COMPLEXES [FIXED THEIR RATES] TO THE SAME AMOUNTS.

    ALL THE WEALTHY PEOPLE IN 'SOCAL' WERE BUYING ALL THE HILL TOP HOMES SIGHT UN-SEEN BECAUSE OF COVID THE REALTORS WERE FROZEN. THE HOME OWNERS WOULD SEND THE REAL ESTATE PEOPLE PHOTOS WHICH THE REAL ESTATE BROKER WOULD SENT TO THE WEALTHY WHO WOULD PICK AND CHOOSE WHICH TO BUY. MAKETHEM INTO 

    B & B'S THEN THEY WOULD SEND THEIR REMODEL PEOPLE FIX THEM UP AND RENT THEM OUT FOR A MONTH FOR VACATIONERS. THOSE OLD CABINS WERE ALL WE COULD AFFORD...ONCE AGAIN THE WEALTHY ONE UPPED US ALL BECAUSE OF GREED WE WERE SOON APPROACHING HOMELESSNESS NOW DUE TO PRICE GOUGING BY THE WEALTHY. THOSE WEALTHY WHO BOUGHT UP ALL THE HOMES IN THE MOUNTAINS WILL ONE DAY REALIZE THAT THEIR-- "ME FIRST GREED" WAS WRONG.

    THE DAY I SPEAK OF.... IS IN THE BIBLE, WHEN EVERYONE IS JUDGED ITS CALLED: THE GREAT WHITE THRONE OF JUDGEMENT.

    THEY WILL BE JUDGED HARSHLY NO MATTER WHATEVER STATEMENT THEY RESPOND WITH.

    if these idiots with their Green New Deal and their dingbat jerk in the White House would stop sending jobs to China and putting people out of work, perhaps there would be no need an eviction moratorium.
