I sense your apprehension, but along with being aware take comfort in knowing the people of the USA, do not have a history of declaring,"My King, right or wrong" that the Canadians displayed in the late 1700s' (when they departed here). No abridgement of the right to free exercise thereof (yes, that is the Amendment language) is likely to be tolerated. Government attempts would likely flashpoint martial response by the People on principle alone. The People are looking for the opportunity if confronted and provoked at this point. The states will not lockstep to federal directive, having lost faith in it.
