Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

We need term limits and a recall amendment... Recall EVERY single elected and appointed member of government subject to new elections... Elections that the current elected and appointed officials are not permitted to run in. The Recall and Term Limit Amendment should term limit public elected or appointed officials to one term... One term, 6yrs., with 1/3rd of the government standing for election and appointment every 2yrs. Recall the entire government, elected and appointed, judges included... subject to the new elections and appointment.
Once the swamp is drained we can backfill it with citizen politicians and civil servants... who can pursue all the criminal conduct over the past 70 yrs... passing the necessary legislation to extend the statute of limitation for treason or sedition ... and other crimes as needed. In addition, other subordinate career civil servants can be replaced thru a modification to the civil service act permitting immediate dismissal for any affiliation with anti-American organizations, Muslim or Communist party and their affiliates. Reinforce the 1954 Communist Control Act and ensure it is enforced.

This act needs to be rewritten and reinstated with an eye on making it constitutional... yet, effective at identifying and removing Communists and their affiliate groups from public office and our government institutions. Communism by its nature is subversive toward all other forms of government and is incompatible with our Constitution. Communism by any name or agency must be outlawed. If the federal judiciary acts to strike Congress's rewrite down, as unconstitutional, then Congress in its oversight role, must Impeach the judges involved and ignore their findings as limited to the case before them.
