The leadership of the Nelson County Republican Party unanimously approved issuing a formal rebuke of U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell Tuesday evening.
The unanimous vote of the 11 members of the executive committee came about six hours after McConnell took to the U.S. Senate floor and said President Donald Trump provoked a violent mob that attacked the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
A censure, or formal rebuke, issued after the vote accused McConnell of “implying (Trump) and his administration lied about the election,” and that “McConnell has abandoned his Republican base that put him in office.”
The censure resolution “demands (McConnell) retract his statements impugning the honor of President Donald J. Trump.”
The comments that sparked the special meeting came just after noon on Tuesday when McConnell issued his strongest comments to date rebuking the president and his actions.
“This mob was fed lies. They were provoked by the President and other powerful people. And they tried to use fear and violence to stop a specific proceeding of the first branch of the federal government which they did not like,” McConnell said.
“But we pressed on. We stood together and said an angry mob would not get veto power over the rule of law in our nation. Not even for one night.
“We certified the people’s clear choice for their 46th president."
Those words amounted to betrayal in the eyes of some of the members who spoke during the Nelson GOP’s teleconference meeting that ran for a little over 10 minutes.
“I think it's despicable. I think it's a shame what he did today, because he used us over the past year to get his sorry butt reelected,” said one of the participants in the call who is not a member of the committee. “He used us.”
A censure “was not good enough,” this caller insisted, he should be removed.
“He’s one of Joe Biden’s best friends.”
Don Thrasher, the chair of the local party who organized the call and censure vote, pointed out there is no provision in the law to recall or remove McConnell. Thrasher said he felt likewise, but with no legal mechanism the censure vote was the most the county party could issue.

Bottom line first, the state legislatures must pass a resolution stating their belief the election was unconstitutional and fraudulent. Stop waiting for the government in D. C. to do something right. The federal government has been overthrown. It's gone.

I just changed my voter registration to Libertarian. I will not be counted in the number that accepts the overthrow of the constitutional government, i.e. Republican Party. Trump is the leader of the Republican Party. Without Trump, there is no Republican Party.

Madison's Anti-Commandeering Doctrine... a peaceful means to nullif...
We still have the peaceful option to form a Red State's Caucus... to engage in the coordinated use of the peaceful anti-commandeering doctrine. Such tactics are based on the 9th and 10th Amendments, James Madison first discussed this doctrine in Federalist 48 as a check on overreaching Federalism. It may be our best peaceful means to thwart the overreach of a Biden Administration and a Marxist controlled Congress.

The Supreme Court’s long-standing anti-commandeering doctrine supports this nullification strategy. In a nutshell, this legal doctrine prohibits the federal government from “commandeering” state and local personnel or resources for federal purposes. In effect, the federal government cannot force state or local governments to cooperate in the enforcement of federal laws or the implementation of federal programs. With the Supreme Court affirming this doctrine in five major cases dating back to 1842, the feds are legally powerless in the face of state noncooperation.
Let Texas organize an Anti-Commandeering Caucus with all of the Red States as members... its purpose to pursue peaceful means to restore LEGITIMATE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT to the UNION. Have the Caucus prepare and serve a 'Writ Quo Warranto', on the US Supreme Court demanding the immediate removal of the fraudulent Administration of Joe Biden... and at the same time issue State criminal warrants for the arrest of the President and every member of his Administration, should they fail to resign per the writ.

Pass State anti-commandeering legislation designating all officers and agents of a Fraudulently installed Government as persona non-grata and deny them access to the public using local police and judicial power. Cite the failure of the Federal Government to provide every State of the Union with a Republican form of Government per Article 4, Section 4 of the US Constitution. A fraudulent election violates Article 4, Section 4.
The several States have the Constitutional Power to challenge the authority to be governed by fraudulently installed officers of the Union... and the right to refuse Federal programs and the institutional authority of the Corporation of the United States of America... operating under usurped powers as our federal government... by right of Constitutional contract.

Beijing mitch married Elaine Chao (former director of our US Transportation Dept) in 1993, if I remember correctly. Her family is wealthty CCP, politically connected business folk, so I have absolutely NO doubt, they are in control of all mitch's actions and decisions. That alone makes him an obvious threat to national security; combine that with biden/harris/pelosi - -well, you see where I'm going.
