She must have a quarum physically present on the floor of the House to conduct business... any member of Congress can demand a headcount at ANY TIME the House is open for business and if there isn't a quarum present that session must be suspended until one is present.
Denying members of Congress their seats would be tantamount to dissolving the normal business of the government... and should lead to her removal from office as Speaker... it should also be grounds for the US Supreme Court to strike down any legislation passed and for the States to commandeer or nullify such legislation as being passed without Constitutional due process.
Finally, such a move should be grounds to declare a unilateral breach in the Constitution's administration and just cause to secede from the Union... the willful breach and dissolution of our founding compact.

Yes, Thomas... the Marxist care about the rules. Whenever the rules are in their favor they're strict parliamentarians. Law-abiding individuals care about the rules at all times.. even under duress and in the face of those who break the rules any time it suits them. Please don’t spout that drivel to me. You and I both know the only rules that they care about are the ones they can HIDE BEHIND to minimize any repercussions that could adversely affect them. Any rules that get in the way of their agenda are thrown out like yesterday’s garbage.
Perhaps you didn’t notice the ‘RULES’ governing the conduct of ‘free and fair’ elections were discarded when total control of the OUR government was at stake.
Perhaps you didn’t notice the ‘RULES’ pertaining to the rights and civil liberties of the individual were abandoned when Gates and Fauci manufactured and released their weapon of mass destruction AKA covid-19.
