  • Colonel, "Who among us is to Judge what is Good and What is Evil?" As "Humans" we live by the "Rule of Law" as it is Free of "All Emotional Judgements" such as Good and Evil, Right or Wrong, Excusable and Not Excusable. Example: A woman demands the Right to Vote the Day After the Closing of the Polls. Her reasoning being, on the Drive to casts their ballots, her Husband suffered a Massive Heart Attack and was rushed to the nearest Hospital for Emergency Surgery, for which She was required to authorize, which kept her past the Deadline to Vote. As the Governor/Secretary of State/President would you on Moral Grounds of Right and Wrong allow Her to Cast Her Ballot Kate? Never mind that there may be Legitimate exceptions/exclusions, what would be the decision realizing the difficulties of establishing boundaries on your exception based on "What is Right." This, my friend, is exactly why the Law is without emotion.

    • Which comments? All of them? Fraud is not the primary problem... the underlying moral character of those who commit the fraud is the problem.

  • Our Problem is not the Fraudulent Election... it is the lack of moral leadership in government and our homes... Our local, state and federal government officials ALL APPROVED the FRAUD.   The supervisors of elections, local election officials, state and federal government officials all permitted and APPROVED/CERTIFIED this election as legitimate.  Where evil men are permitted to govern a nation is soon lost and a people brought to chains...

Our problem is the result of suffering evil to remain in government and our homes... The People have ejected God from the courthouse and public square. They have removed God from our children's education and we ask: What went wrong in America?  What went wrong was the people left God and embraced the great lie of Satan... that they are gods, capable of function without God's hand directing their affairs.  One doesn't dance with the Devil while expecting to remain free and to eat the fruit of Liberty's Tree.  What went wrong was the People's rejection of God as the source of their liberty and life.

    • Lu is a rascal that will attempt to cop a feel. No surprise, right?

  • Dale is correct. Your Duty is far more than a "Vote!"

  • Colonel, Where your argument falls apart is in the failure to place a "Group of Progressive Socialist Democrats" in the Majority to determine, "The Sound Moral Judgement" of a Law. Without Emotion includes "Moral" for left open to the interpretation of the Judge. Meaning Well and True with your interpretation you have reopened the "Doors of Excuse" for the Nazis reasoning behind everyone of their most foul misinterpretations of German Law. The misusing of emotion in the interpretation of "Law" is neither New nor Unique. One need look no further than Henry VIII and not only His Divorces but His Dissociation  from the Catholic Church and the seizure of that Church's Properties. Another "Emotional Example" The Execution of the Templars. No Sir. The Histories are too full of Bad Results of "Emotional Interpretations Of Laws", no matter how well intended at the time, and by whom.

    • The Moral Standards of society should be the impetus for establishing law... Laws should be the product of the moral standards defining a society it seeks to regulate/govern.   Laws should not be used to create moral standards... ie., gay marriage, abortion, temperance, religion... etc.  Laws should enforce existing moral standards ... the Law should not be used to create morality.

    • Morality should be the impetus for creating law... not the other way around.  Law should not be used to create morality.

  • The United States is a Nation whose very Foundation is Law. The Government establishes what it feels are the "Needs and Requirements" for its Citizens within the Boundaries of the Nation's Laws through Taxes. The Citizens, People, "Pay the Absolute Minimum Required of these Taxes" through the Nation's Laws which include specific conditions and exceptions, commonly called "Loopholes." If "No Laws are Broken" the issue becomes a Moral Issue of Right or Wrong, otherwise referred to as Emotional, whereas the "Law allows no No Room!" At this time in Our Nation, it is debatable whether 60% or 70% of the Citizens pay All the Taxes. It is just as debatable as to whether 5% or 10% pay 90% or 95% of All the U.S. Taxes. The "Laws" remain for the Opposing Sides Legally to use to Their Full Advantage!

    • The Law of a Nation should never be immoral... The Law should not establish standards that are repugnant to the moral system it is meant to govern.   Bad law creates conflict, good law brings order to conflict and justice in the eyes of the social order it governs.  The law is the servant of the People... too, keep the moral standards of society and with it justice.
