Unless a Nation's Military Fires at American Soil, it is not an "Act of War." Otherwise America would have been at War with Mexico for Generations from the first time a Mexican Smuggler with a burro loaded down with low grade "Pot" was spotted, left the burro, turned South, tripped and accidentally fired his ancient revolver into the dirt! Now the situation is entirely different. When Drug Cartel Soldiers stand in the middle of the Border River Shooting in the direction of Border Patrol Agents, Deadly Return Fire is Authorized, under anything but a Progressive Socialist Democratic Totalitarian Regime.

If the Americans, and I don't just mean just government or military (that would constitute a war), fired back into mexico the illegal crossings would instantly stop. Eventually a civilian will be killed by these cartel volleys. We civillians have had enough, we are well armed, we out number the border patrol, we can close the border ourselves and keep it closed. If the communists in charge try to stop us I think that would be a bad idea for them. Americans have had enough of the bullshi* being dished out by a rogue and illegal govenment. If the Mexican government can't or won't stop these agressive hostile firings towards the United States then they will be abetting the act. And if so then we should declare this firing of weapons upon our people AN ACT OF WAR.
