Never should have been past 50 years ago. Now it's back to the states as it was before. The problem is, half our country backs Abortion, which means that if the infant happens to in a Democratic state, he can legally be aborted either by dismemberment OR acid injection through the top of its head, all for a self serving life style. THIS IS MURDER and should have been a Federal law, not state.
