“What the hell is this judge pulling?!?,” Constitutional Scholar and conservative pundit Mark Levin asked Tuesday, reacting to news that a Clinton-appointed judge has delayed ruling on the Justice Department’s motion to drop the case against former Trump National Security Adviser Gen. Michael Flynn.
Reacting in a post on his Twitter page, LeJustice Departmentvin linked to an article in The Hill reporting the judge’s curious, atypical maneuver:

No problem... the prosecution simply never shows up in court again... allowing the defendant's motion to dismiss go unanswered resulting in the Judge's only option to grant the motion without prejudice. The Media is acting as if the Judge can hold the case open... if he tries the Defense may ask the appeals court to act and too discipline the judge.
General Flynn, according to the DOJ, has not committed any criminal act against the USA so the charges that he did committ any such act should be dismissed. This means that the charges were a put up job. The prosecution was part of the put up, not seperate from it.
In my mind, and I am not privy to any legal counsel about the matter, is that Judge Sullivan is attempting to cast doubt on the innocence of General Flynn in order to harm Trump's reelection effort as well as to see Flynn convicted of something that he did not do. It is political, it is a lie, and it is utterly disgusting.
Sullivan, like so many others, is not worthy of being addressed as "your Honor." There is nothing honorable about him, nor is there concerning any party attempting to prosecute on known bogus charges. Sullivan is a democrat, appointed by Clinton, He openly supports a criminal organization, is apparently proud of it, or so stupid he doesn't realize what it is he is supporting. In any event he is not worthy of being considered a Judge.
The entire Judicial System of the United States has been tainted and corrupted by the likes of people like Sullivan. This man is being instructed on how he should rule. He is not a Judge. He is a phony, a fraud, and real justice served pure and simple is never allowed in his warped and twisted mind.
To think that there is a simple legal remedy to thwart such people is absurd. The damage is done by the act. Flynn is being crucified while the nation watches. That is a problem. One hell of a big one.
