But keeping in mind genocide and not utilitarian enslavement is ultimately planned, those 100 million do not have a pass because of numbers. They can be killed with todays technology. Technology is what the Techno-feudal Oligarchs believe is their trump card.

The Constitution is written as a whole and cannot be segmented and prioritized. One clause in the Constitution cannot be used to excuse a violation of another clause of the Constitution. A violation of one part of the Constitution is a violation of the Constitution as a whole.

“The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made, or which shall be made, under their authority; to all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls; to all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction; to controversies to which the United States shall be a party; to controversies between two or more states; between a state and citizens of another state; between citizens of different states; between citizens of the same state claiming lands under grants of different states, and between a state, or the citizens thereof, and foreign states, citizens or subjects.”
It is the determination by this legislative body that the election of president in the year 2020 was unconstitutional, fraudulent, and invalid. And, the installation of a president and vice president justified by the unconstitutional election process is illegitimate.
