California’s traffic jams are legendary, but this is one for the books.
A record 62 cargo ships are waiting to dock at the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, and are stuck floating off the coast amid a serious supply chain crunch that could mean fewer toys under the Christmas tree this year.
The problem reflects a combination of growing cargo volumes, a labor shortage and COVID-related safety measures that slow the handling of each ship. About one-third of all imports into the U.S. pass through the ports each year.
The Port of Long Beach has broken monthly records for how much cargo has passed through for 12 of the last 13 months, with 32 percent more cargo processed this year than in 2020, according to the trade publication Supply Chain Dive. Backups at the port as cargo ships wait for berths have been common all year, and have only grown as the peak fall shipping season arrived.

Given a choice, the majority of people truly want their "Fears Validated", rather than " Exposed as being Phantoms." Fruad indeed has directed the outcome of our elections and has been doing so for several decades... blaming the public for failing to dismiss the agents of fraud ignores the trust and respect most individuals had for government... a government that produced the prosperity and liberty the whole world envies. The problem in taking the role of leadership is you must measure up to it. Few if any redefine their role to fit themselves and survive it to an old age death (the charismatics: Julius Ceasar, Napolean Bonaparte, Alexander the Great, Lycurgus of Sparta, Sir William Wallace, for example did not). To live the role of Chief Executive means you must believe what it is. That means subjection to periodic election for two terms total.
I remain convinced, that the public still expects to look to the Presidential podium to gain a sense of the current state of the National interest, where it is heading or ought to be so (not with Joe though). For thinking aware folks, the owned MSM propoganda machine serves as an indicator of how its owners want to proceed, but not for a truth-based narrative of the World.
