Hi Marlene. Why not do as I do. In the email from this site, if I see an email authors' name at the top I have stated will not converse with (a rarity), I do not read the messege but rather exersize the "delete" botton on the bar. Life seems more orderly now with less troll interactions.

Perhaps just deleting the Tea Party web-page would be an even more effective means to censor content... just getrid of it all. Hitler's ministry of propaganda would certainly approve.
Well, you cannot actually delete anyones input on the site itself (outside of moderators I would imagine). But you can simply eliminate the email to your service without reading the messege. The senders name will be at the top. Funny thing about ongoing correspondance. It dies like a plant without attention.
I also do the same now! The delete is from your email inbox not on this site. Example: When the offensive post on site, you're sent a notification to your preferred email. What Skeptical and I do is when going thru our emails that notice pops up, it show who posted, if undesirable, don't open it... we just delete it! Of course if you go on the site to respond to others the offensive ones post will still be there unfortunately!
Yes, but when provocative trolling is not addressed, others tend to notice and ask why. Then you have your entre to state the particulars of the objectionable material. All without needing to directly interact troll-wise!
Except for rare circumstances, a civil tongue is preferable, more effective, and will work wonders to focus others to the issues for persuasion.
I have long hoped such insights in a few would be noticed and adopted.
Ultimately, I believe all members harbor love of Country. Abrasive controversy may have an energizing effect on topic discourse, but where is the utility in abusing others personally if interest is driven away?

Oh lets see a good example: "A White Progressive female whos rioting for the extermination of White People and telling Black Cops their not Black... You see what I'm trying to say? Note: Creative solutions, can be deployed but depending upon the level... to the "uninformed" regarding the action underway it can appear as abrasive, trolling or uncivil!
p.s.- this idea only works to insulate you if you refrain from responding to turds thrown at you on the topic threads as well. You may read them, but in no way respond to them unless asked why by others. The only way to avoid having monkey scat chucked at you at the zoo monkey cage, is to stay a safe distance away from it.
