Of course he SHOULD NOT. Catholics understand that in order to recieve commion one must be in the state of grace. We go to confession to admit our sins and promise to go forth and sin no more. We repent for past sins and leave the confessional intent on not repeating those sins. Biden comes out of the confessional without one iota of repentence and his intent is obvious for he made that publically clear in the first place. He walks down the aisle knowing that he will continue to support abortion and homosexual marriage. He spits in the face of Catholic tenets. He puts on a good 'pious act' but he has not repented and has no intention of doing so. Therefore, his taking communion is an added mortal sin. And any priest that gives communion to a person he knows is committing a sinful act is himself sinning. Thankfully we have some priests that refuse to offer communion to Biden. The others are simply hypocrites.
