According to the media's general judgment, 2020 U.S. voters are most concerned with purportedly complex issues of crime and justice. Voters should place no trust in this. This same media forbade itself to investigate a simple, yet objectively historic corruption scandal of national interest.
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) has almost certainly committed the most extensive spree of felonies by a congressperson in U.S. history. As a criminal, she also appears to be historically inept. Scores of verified items of evidence against her are in the public record. Omar has never challenged their authenticity and has never produced a single piece of evidence to support her version of events.
She faces a primary on Tuesday. She again won her party's endorsement. She again won House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's endorsement — and her funding.
The mainstream media judges this remarkable situation to be irrelevant to Minnesota voters, let alone the dominant concern. Editorial malpractice on issues of crime, justice, and the 2020 election spreads everywhere this summer; by no coincidence, the spread can be traced to irresponsible media coverage of a deadly riot in Rep. Omar's district.

In mid-June, Ilhan Omar's father tragically died from a COVID-19 infection. Expressions of grief, condolences, and prayers arrived from around the world, but particularly from the Somali-speaking immigrant community of Minneapolis and from the U.K. By all accounts, he earned his reputation as a gentle, kind neighbor, well known and beloved within Cedar-Riverside, as he had been in Somalia.
His relevance to Rep. Omar's landmark scandal is, of course, his birth name. Upon arriving in the United States in 1995, he claimed to be "Nur Omar Mohamed" and received a Social Security number with this name. However, all appeared to know him as Nur Said. He presented himself as Nur Said. Both Ilhan and her sister Sahra Noor referred to their father as Nur Said (prior to deleting the evidence). He is identified on-screen as "Nur Said, Ilhan's father" in the 2018 documentary film "Time for Ilhan" and again as "Nur Said" in the credits. Twice.

And next question is this. Much like doctors in med school take one crappy course in nutrition and so learn nothing about nutrition, (the food pyramid is UPSIDE DOWN); the lawyers do not actually learn the Constitution, they learn ABOUT it. They do not study the Federalist papers, nor do they go line by line, phrase by phrase, separated by commas, to enclose one thought.
They do not break it down. I have been told there are only a handful of law schools, like HIllsdale, if I remember right, that teach the biblical base for our laws.
How can these two things be rectified? We don't stand a chance legally getting back on course unless the educational system is made right, we will just continue to crank out dufuses who think they can make up law according to their political preference, and med boards, docs, and medical groups keep targeting those who know anything about health—they go after them like they are decoys at a target range being shot up in the air every time they speak truth. We are buried in false foundations, the truth foundations are no where to be found. Every man/woman for themselves. Like Judy Mikovits, thrown in jail for 5 years because she researched and spoke health, truth and revealed lies.
The quickest road to Constitutional Government is term limits... one term 6yrs, with 1/3rd of the government up for election and appointment every 2 yrs... TERM LIMITS need to be used for Judges, all political appointees, and the senior executive service... who are in management, not specialty fields.
Term limits will provide the leadership and motives needed to reform government including the courts... in the shortest and most efficient way possible.
If we wait until Biden dies, Kamala will be President, and nothing can be done😱😰

The issue will not surface unless one files suit now or until Biden dies... it would be moot... It certainly becomes a major constitutional crisis if massive law suits by the states follow Kamala's attempt to be sworn in as President.
Also, each Secretary of State must CERTIFY that the Democrat Party TIcket is eligible for election... meets all the Constitutional requirements to be on their ballots...they will be in a poor position to fight any claim of ineligibility filed after so certifying.
What we need are for several Secretary of States to refuse to accept the Democrat Party ticket for President ... claiming that it is no a qualified ticket. Let the Democrats sue and proe that Kamala is a natrual born citizen and qualified to be on the Ballot.
Ok, are we going to have an election? What kind of election? Will every State Secretary CERTIFY the Democrat Party Ticket is Constitutionally eligible to be elected? If so, where is the lawsuit to challenge Sen. Harris's eligibility ... she is not a natural-born US Citizen. Why is the GOP refusing to challenge her NOW.... not latter? Congress had hearings on McCain to determine if he was eligible ... for being born in a Naval Administered Hospital located in Panama. They gave him an official approval as eligible .... as the Hospital was considered under the soverign administration of the Navy... hence US property.
Failure to challenge Sen. Harris now could lead to a serious constitutional crisis if she is elected and Biden dies... look for the CRAP to hit the fan then.... for sure.
And next question, how can Trump go after medical networks and Governors who outlaw Hydroxychloroqine?

Using criminal law statutes... the willful and malicious withholding of care that results in death is murder or manslaughter in most states... The fraudulent submission of official reports and advice can be criminal or malfeasance in office... especially if monetary advantage or political motivations are behind the falsifications. Attorneys wanting to find criminal law that applies ought to have a sea of violations these malcontents and miscreants have violated.
