Hunter Biden called his father, President-elect Joe Biden, and his Chinese business partner “office mates” in a Sept. 21, 2017, email to the general manager of his former Washington, D.C. office building.
“[P]lease have keys made available for new office mates,” Hunter Biden wrote in the email before listing Joe Biden, his stepmother Jill Biden, his uncle Jim Biden and Gongwen Dong, who he identified as the “emissary” for the chairman of the now-bankrupt Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC.
Hunter Biden also requested that a sign be made for his office stating “The Biden Foundation” and “Hudson West (CEFC US).”
Hunter Biden’s dealings with CEFC in 2017 were at the center of allegations from his ex-business partner, Tony Bobulinksi, who said in October that Joe Biden was “plainly familiar” with his family’s business dealings in China. Bobulinski was one of the recipients of the much-publicized May 2017 email purportedly referencing Joe Biden as the “big guy” who would hold 10% in a joint-venture deal with Hunter Biden and CEFC.

Be that as it may, Amendment 14 sec.3 does describe upon 2/3rds vote by both houses, the removal of an oath taking office holder of the Unites States in acting out insurrection, or rebellion, or giving aid and comfort to our enemies. Well Senator Harris (who straddles the fence pending election outcome) has repeatedly attacked the 2nd Amendment, as well as candidate Biden declaring his intention to prohibit a type of firearm. This is strictly forbidden in the expression, "....shall not be infringed."
Further, Biden has by recent evidence aided Communist China to the detriment of the US interests.
Could this be a 2/3rds legislative path to both disqualify them and provide the groundwork for prosecution?
Maybe the IRS will get him behind bars for failure to report income from the Chinese! I don't care who gets him as long as it is behind bars!!! Has anyone looked at Joe's tax returns or is he hiding his unlawfully gained income offshore?????
