The situation in Loudoun County, VA, has become a point of national interest over the last year as it has come to represent ground zero for the fight against Critical Race Theory and transgender ideology in schools. Smith was given a no-trespassing order prior to the meeting that forbids him from telling his story. This was all part of an elaborative cover-up by the school district to not publicize the rape of his daughter. In fact, when Smith showed up at the school to complain about what had happened, they essentially accused him of lying and called the police, not on the transgender rapist, but on Smith himself for causing a scene. Luckily, he was able to get his daughter a rape kit that evening that confirmed the crime.

Instead, the Board of Education transferred him/her to another local school ... too, practice his/her trade, thus promoting diversity opportunities within a wider pool of potential victims. He/she must have been wearing a 'mask' while doing the dirty deed, or the School board would have expelled and arrested him/her.
Every State has a Mental Hospital. Everyone of those Hospitals have a Special Ward, exclusive for Child Molesters. This is where that "Skirt wearing boy" should have been transferred.

Schools are good at this, they also transfer teachers who are incompetent, abusive, have relationships with their students. They pass them around from school to school
Well you know one must have diversity... I wonder is this a Black-White issue ... a racial problem on top of the criminal and gender issues? Something is real wrong when this boy has not been expelled and is not in jail or out on bond.
Sometimes when th Wheels of Justice come to a standstill and refuse to serve the needs and desires of a Community, the Community must deal out its own Justice and leave the Guilty hanging from their porches.

The local prosecutor or state attorney general needs to bring a criminal child endangerment indictment against every member of the School Board... if neither prosecutor will act, then engage a civil attorney who can draft an incitement and serve it to a sitting GRAND JURY as a friend of the court petition to indict.
We need to get creative as the courts and prosecutors are not our friends... the law is no longer our servant and hasn't been for decades... it is our oppressor. We need to learn how to properly use it in our defense. Sitting Grand Juries should receive friends of the court petitions for indictments... If not sue the city, county, and state for relief and demand the prosecutors charge such CHILD ABUSE by boards of education and school administrators.
One thing for certain it should get everyone's attention in a hurry... focusing the State Legislature on the need for legislative reforms in both the process for indictments and the laws regarding parent, student, and public school administration.

When our education systems promote the concept of males feeling female shall be allowed to dress as a female and use female facilities, automatically opens the door for young predators to dress the part, enter a "Girl's Bathroom" and Rape At Will! Is this not so far removed from where "Sharia Law" teaches "Females are Chattle?" Especially when the "Act" is excused and glossed ovr, and the Girl and Parents are Condemned!
