Our natural leadership should come from within our Political Party system... However, the well for leadership in our parties has been poisoned. The GOP apparently doesn't want to restore Constitutional Government. They had majorities in both Houses of the 115th Congress and the Oval Office for the first 2yrs of Trump's Presidency 2017-2019. Yet, they did NOTHING but stall and obfuscate. The GOP/RNC claimed their hands were tied by the 60 vote cloture rule and could not override a Fillibustre in the Senate. Well, it appears that the Marxist Democrats don't have a problem with getting around the 60 vote cloture rule; they, consistently find the necessary parliamentary rules to accomplish their agenda. The GOP/RNC is clearly part of the problem, not the solution. They are effectively operating as socialist ... Wolves in sheep's clothing.

Pres. Trump could organize an EFFECTIVE Patriot movement within the Party... but I suspect he has been neutered by threats against his family. That leaves the Patriot hoping for spontaneous leadership to appear, together with the funding to conduct an effective campaign for government reform. That historically has rarely occurred with Trump and Reagan being the only examples in the last 40 plus years.

The Patriot has every reason to demand DC reform... or to demand the sitting government be recalled using Article 5 of the US Constitution... The MAGA movement has the spirit to initiate and compel such an act but has lacked the necessary leadership to engage effective government reform. Our Party leadership has operated under a Don Quixote complex... while the country implodes, they are busy tilting at windmills and addressing their own political fiefdoms (interests),

It doesn't look good for America's Constitution and future... In fact, it doesn't look like America has a future or a working constitution. America's Patriot movement is struggling to bring about reform without effective leadership and the serious resourcing needed to be successful. Our movement is in the throngs of denial as the Nation is rapidly becoming a third-world dictatorship. Apparently, the patriot movement has placed its hope in the next election cycle, knowing it will be rigged. Don Quixote is tilting at windmills again.

I personally am glad that I am old enough...  that I may not be present to watch my children and grandchildren become the victims of the New World Order, an elite oligarchy of socialist and pragmatic fascists.  Pray that God has mercy on America and that He will raise up Patriotic leaders with the resources needed to turn this nation around... NOW, right now... not tomorrow, as there may be no tomorrow.  At least, not a tomorrow the Patriot wants to see.

    • Exactly right, Lynn.

I've been on the Alabama GOP state Executive Committee for a decade, and a community Conservative activist for even longer.

Right now we have a three-way split in our GOP: Establishment/ "Moderate Republicans" ... Libertarian Republicans & Trump Populists. I'm in the latter group ...

The Establishment group has lots of money but no enthusiasm. The Libertarians have stone hard heads, but no money &:no successful candidates beyond a few small town/rural county positions.

We Trump Populists have almost enough money for strong media campaigns in the upcoming Priimary  campaigns and very high enthusiasm.

We intend to block all Establishment candidates, especially on the race to replace US Senator Shelby, and the guy in House District 1 (Mobile area).

You're right: folks gotta get engaged or the USA as we've known it is done for.

  • If it ain't "Made in America", you do not need it for the time being. If it isn't Made Locally don't Eat It, for the time being. If you want your lawn mowed, house cleaned/painted, car fixed/painted, house built, roof replaced, food served, car parked, garbage serviced, or any of the other " Tens of Thousands " of jobs we all observe and take for granted daily, "Demand they be done by an American Citizen or Refuse Service!" This is Your Right! You will not be arrested, fined or jailed, but you will definitely do damage to the "Income" of those taking advantage of anti-American Activities!

    • Exactly right, LBDS!!

  • It appears that the only things that the feckless Republican politicians do well is wave their arms in feigned outrage, tell us what they are going to do and conclude their communications begging for more money, $25, $50, $100.... I'm one of the suckers who has donated generously expecting results. Frankly, I’m sick of nothing getting done. It has been eight months with conclusive proof of election fraud and what have they done, NOTHING! I think that they are all in cahoots with each other with one group wearing blue and the other wearing red. None of them care about the middle class American. They just want to keep us angry at the other side and ignore their inaction.

    • BTW, the Democrat politicians aren’t any better as they must lie, cheat and steal to fulfill their agenda. But at least they are getting something done, even if it is ruining the country.

  • A simple solution to solve. Stop working for them and start creating your own businesses. Stop buying their goods and services. Do you need cable, an iPhone, Sports, a new TV, a new car? No. You need to create your own economy and businesses and banks. Do we have honest people and rational people to do it? I am working on my own business and investing in crypto. Do the same and never work for them again. Take their money and fund our candidates. They lose.

  • There is a saying once you lose your freedom, it's gone you will not get it back. These Marxist & Nazist started years ago in our school system indocrinating our children & we as parents did nothing to stop it. Now we have these in control of our lives. So many in America do not believe in God so this country is no longer The Land of the Free & having the right to worship their God. I worry about what my grandchildren & great grandchildren will have.

  • You nailed it Col. !  Both parties have thrown us under the bus....

    • Agree, reminds me of Brave Heart and William Wallace's populace movement to throw off the reign of Englands despotic KIng... constantly having to fight Scottish Lords who routinely sold out their subjects... The GOP must have Sottish roots... they certainly know how to betray their base while lining their pockets.

    • Just a general comment in respect to "leadership".

General Patton was focused and resolute in his Command and purpose to defeat the enemy. General Bradley was not nearly as effective as Patton, yet was promoted over him.

General Eisenhower had worked personally for General MacAurthur and in doing so learned much from him, however  Eisenhower rejected the arrogance and methods of MacAurthur and admired General Marshall, pattering himself after him.

General Marshall understood the Chain of Command, and worked under the authority of his Commander in Chief.  He dealt with issues politically, just as those serving as his bosses did.

Eisenhower followed that lead, as did Bradley.  Patton and MacAurthur did not, and both were dismissed for political views and insubordination.

The point is that effective leadership is never easily swallowed as effective by all people at all times.  For instance, if Trump was and is responsible for mass illegal entry because the wall was not completed, then by parity of reason Abraham Lincoln was also responsible for his own assassination.  And if leadership is measured by results only, are they immediate or long term.

If immediate is the template, then Trump was a stunning success due to his accomplishments which were made and felt by all in just four short years.

If long term is the measure, then WW2 was a total failure also, due to the conditions and circumstances of the world today following it.   Which, is correct?

Politicians, regardless of Party, have this disgusting habit of " shoveling problems backwards until they are out of sight".  The democrats are pretty good at this, and call it " doing the people's business."    The republicans however, can't even find the shovel.

And this is "leadership"?     Anything but.

      My view.
