A coalition of conservatives in Georgia issued a statement applauding the Georgia State Elections Board calling on the state’s Attorney General Chris Carr to investigate Stacey Abrams’ New Georgia Project, a voter registration organization founded by Abrams in 2014.
“Grassroots conservatives across Georgia – and the nation – are calling for a full investigation into Stacey Abrams and her shady network of George Soros funded political groups,” Stop Stacey Senior Strategist Jeremy Brand said in a statement. “It’s time to reveal their efforts to undermine election integrity and hold them accountable for their questionable behavior.”
The group also announced the launch of a petition “demanding accountability for Shady Stacey Abrams and her voter registration group.”

If America expects Justice to prevail... we need an active GRAND JURY SYSTEM.
A Grand Jury System independent of the local prosecutor and out of the reach of the state and federal judiciary... A fully independent and empowered People's Grand Jury with investigative powers, able to compel testimony, production of evidence, and with broad subpoena powers. A viable Grand Jury, as our forefathers foresaw as key to a functional justice system, has the power to indict prosecutors, mayors, judges, governors... No one is beyond their reach including a President... who can be indicted, but must be tried only after being removed from office... by Impeachment or Resignation.
A viable and active People's Grand Jury... “The duty of the citizen grand jury is to separate fact from fiction, after a full and impartial examination of the evidence and then decide if the evidence supports the filing of criminal charges in a True Bill Indictment.”
The basic purpose of the English grand jury was to provide a fair method for instituting criminal proceedings against persons believed to have committed crimes. Grand jurors were selected from the body of the people and their work was not hampered by rigid procedural or evidential rules. In fact, grand jurors could act on their own knowledge and were free to make their presentments or indictments on such information as they deemed satisfactory. Despite its broad power to institute criminal proceedings, the grand jury grew in popular favor over the years. It acquired independence in England free from control by the Crown or judges. Its adoption in our Constitution as the sole method for preferring charges in serious criminal cases shows the high place it held as an instrument of justice. And in this country as in England of old, the grand jury has convened as a body of laymen, free from technical rules, acting in secret, pledged to indict no one because of prejudice and to free no one because of special favor.
However, the Standing People's Grand Jury system... once a mainstay in our State and Federal Criminal Justice Systems fell in disfavor in recent year. Prosecutors and the judicial and political elites found they could not control the wide latitude of cases that were brought for indictment and trial by the Grand Jury system. Politicians were unable to dodge their culpability for violations of the criminal code. We need the People's Grand Jury back... AS REQUIRED BY THE US CONSTITUTION.
Fifth Amendment: The Grand Jury's Constitutional authority.
"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." District attorneys and Prosecutors are not Constitutionally empowered to issue indictments for FELONIES... our Constitution requires such indictments to be issued by GRAND JURIES.

Questionable behavior? Since when is FRAUD questionable behavior.... or for that matter why do we call election fraud cheating... cheating is something children do with their homework... fraud is a felony and certainly isn't questionable behavior it is CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR and we need to insist that it be addressed as such... trivializing it with terms like cheating and questionable behavior only de-criminalizes it and makes it easier to accept...We don't need more criminal conduct in our government... and calling Election Fraud cheating or questionable behavior certainly trivializes it.
