And what do you propose we do if he doesn't follow thru with your suggestion?

Law by the people and for the people?

If he won't defend the constitution,  then the people must do that job.

    • If the President will not step up to the plate and defend our Constitution it then falls to the People... However, I find no ready organization or leadership for such an action. We must organize, FUND, and train for such an action. Our founding fathers were organized, drilled regularly and everyone over 16 was required to be a member of the militia, each member of the militia was required to maintain a firearm with ball and powder... they were also required to provide for their subsistence...

Most of the States had standing regulars called Continentals at the time of the revolution... they were relatively on par with the British forces when it came to weapons ... they had cannon and calvary, a small Navy and Marines... and most importantly the people were supported by their colonial governments... and their LEADERS... The present patriot ha none of those advantages... God help us if we are forced to take to the sword for our defense as the government certainly will not.

  • Sec. Esper and Gen. Millie must both go... they are not supporting the President and are likely UNDERMINING HIS AUTHORITY... the President has the power to defend the Constitution against enemies foreign and domestic.. that power is found in his OATH OF OFFICE, Article 2, Section 1, clause 8 and in Article 4, Section 4 to guarantee the states a Republican form of government and to defend them against invasion and domestic violence... Also Article 2, Section 3 to 'Take Care' that the laws of the United States are faithfully executed... including using military force where necessary to enforce those laws against insurrection and treason... domestic terror and enemies of the state.

When the DOJ, FBI, and the legal system in America is subverted to the point it is today, there is only one way out... Martial Law and the removal of the offending officers, judges and leadership engaged in the insurrection. There can be no other way when those forces have demonstrated contempt for the Constitution and the duly elected President and Chief Law Enforcement officer of the land.. America doesn't need vigilantes it needs the return of justice and law and order in the highest offices of the land. It needs a President capable o doing whatever is necessary to restore law and order and loyalty to the US Constitution in the Halls of Government. It is the Deep State that has overstepped its power and authority to engage in open insurrection... it must end and end decisively... Mr. President!

    • P/S... the President has both Constitutional and Statutory Authority to defend the Constitution, to guarantee the several states a Republican form of government by defending them against invasion and domestic violence, he is also the Chief Constitutional Law Enforcement Officer and final authority on how to faithfully execute the laws of the United States to include both Constitutional and Statutory law... as he sees best.  If the President makes the decision to Federalize all local police, the national guard and to use the US Military to perform his duty he is Constitutionally empowered to do so... he also has the 1807 Insurrection Act, the National Emergencies Act of 1976, and the National Security Act of 1947 as amended to support his constitutional powers..

Note, no statutory law may circumvent the President's Constitutional DUTY and AUTHORITY to defend our Constitution, the several States against invasion and domestic violence, the result of internal or external insurrection,  Those individuals in the government claiming the President doesn't have these CLEAR and well-established powers are enemies of the state and need to be treated as such... arrested and held for sedition or treason. Presently, it appears large segments of our government are at war with the Constitution and our Republican form of Government and need to be arrested and tried for crimes against the state.

  • Well this guy is right on the money, he sounds a litttle like me but I SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Uh, yeah, the constitution says that the federal government's job is to protect Americans! AND...if I recall ALL THE MEDIA WHO INSTIGATE violence are INCITING VIOLENCE AND SUBJECT TO ARREST AND IMPRISONMENT! UNDER THE LAW!!!!

I have said since early 2017 that this Sedition and Insurrection and that Trump should #GOLINCOLN

  • Esper is a RINO or worse... a globalist by political persuasion. He needs to be fired... now not later. His personal associations, former employers, and advanced degrees from the Ivey league universities label him a globalist.  Esper gets it he simply doesn't agree as it doesn't fit in with his long-range political views for the 'new world order'.

Esper has publically defied the President... making statements denying the President's powers to declare Martial Law or to defend the Constitution as the Chief Law Enforcement officer... Esper has some very fundamental differences in political views and that must not exist with such a key member of the President's Cabinet... the Secretary of Defence must be 100% on board at all ties with the President... our National Security and public safety demand it... the enemies of our liberty must not see a major disagreement in such important issues as the President's war powers and ability to declare Martial Law in the defense of our Constitution... period!  Esper must go.

  • They have been planning how to take down The West for over 100 years, Communist/Muslims that is. You can bet they ALL are fully supplied with arms. This is the great tribulation.

    • U R correct this has been a long standing plan.

    • Nancy, You are right in that this is another holy war, like the crusades of the catholic church, but thus is not the great tribulation.  Far from it. That is still to come.

  • He is absolutely right.
