Feds Obtained FISA Warrant Against Hunter Biden’s Chinese Business Associate, Documents Show

  • A federal court authorized a foreign surveillance warrant against one of Hunter Biden’s Chinese business partners, court documents show.   
  • The existence of a FISA warrant against the Biden associate, Patrick Ho, indicates that federal investigators believed Ho was working covertly as an agent of a foreign government. 
  • Ho was an executive at CEFC China Energy, a firm that paid Hunter Biden at least $5 million as part of an investment deal. 
  • Biden would later represent Ho during his criminal case.

Federal investigators obtained a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant against one of Hunter Biden’s Chinese business associates, suggesting that the executive was suspected of acting as a covert agent of a foreign government.

Prosecutors revealed the existence of at least one FISA warrant against Chi Ping Patrick Ho, known as Patrick Ho, in a Feb. 8, 2018 court filing obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Ho was charged on Dec. 18, 2017 with conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and money laundering related to CEFC China Energy contracts in Uganda and Chad. Ho had been an executive at the multi-billion dollar Chinese energy company prior to his arrest.

Hunter Biden was part of a business consortium that sought a partnership with CEFC in May 2017. A Senate report released last month said that an affiliate of CEFC wired $5 million to Biden’s law firm from August 2017 through August 2018.

    Citing criminal conduct with no intent on prosecuting is obstruction of justice... and Misprision of a Felony both are felonies under Federal Law.  It appears that the DOJ and FBI are obstructing justice and failing to act on known criminal conduct.   You don't stand by and watch as your car is driven away by a thief and you certainly don't invite him to return and take your wife's car... the DOJ and FBI are in collusion with criminal conduct and have become accessories to their crimes... the President is the only one who can have these agents arrested, indicted and tried... and the President has done nothing effective to stop the theft of our criminal code and the nation's sovereignty by government agents operating under the cover of the DOJ and FBI.

    BS,,, there is enough evidence right now to INDICT... go to the Grand Jury and indict all those implicated by Hunter's lap-top and corroborated by existing evidence and testimony.

      Not hearsay... it is OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE a felony being engaged in by AG Barr and the DOJ.  Trump doesn't need to tell AG Barr anything other than YOU ARE FIRED... and have the US Marshall service escort him out of the building along with his deputy and most of the upper 1/3rd of the DOJ staff and leadership.  These legal minds know what is happening and are permitting lawlessness to destroy our country... they have betrayed America and their oath of office... they all need to be in prison not practicing law.

      What do you mean by no evidence...  Hunter's Emails, phone contacts, notes, and meetings with Ho an agent for CEFC support charges for conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and money laundering.

      There is an open trail of money coming from CEFC and going to the Bidens among other illegal transactions... not to mention possible IRS violations and failing to register as a foreign agent representing CEFC... the Biden's certainly took money from them... 5 million is not petty cash.
