The chairman of the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) stated that he believes there is evidence of voter fraud and other alleged irregularities.
In a recent interview, FEC Chairman Trey Trainor said reports of fraud in some battleground states are credible “otherwise they would allow the [poll] observers to go in,” referring to reports of some polling areas refusing to allow GOP observers to check on the process on Election Day and the days after.
When you have claims of, you know, 10,000 people who don’t live in the state of Nevada having voted in Nevada, you have the video... they’re (poll workers) either duplicating a spoiled ballot right there or they’re in the process of just marking a ballot that came in blank for a voter,” Trainor told Newsmax.
“That’s a process that needs to be observed by election observers.”
In the interview, he agreed with Trump’s campaign lawsuits, while saying that questionable actions by elections officials in several states could make the election illegitimate.

I have no doubt there is tons of evidence of criminal activity... there is tons of evidence to indict Hillary and Bill... tons more indicting Wray, McCabe, Comey, Lynch, Holder, Hayden, Brennan, Waters, Pelosi ... and on and on.
Evidence means nothing if it isn't presented to a Grand Jury for indictment... even then, it means nothing if the US Attorney's THROW the case deliberately obstructing justice. The President is constitutionally charged with the duty to: "...TAKE CARE THAT THE LAWS BE FAITHFULLY EXECUTED. (ARTICLE 2, SECTION 3) of the US Constitution. It is up to the President to decide HOW TO FAITHFULLY EXECUTE THE LAWS.... not the AG or Congress. The President may use MARTIAL LAW to execute the laws when the civil authority refuses or is incapable... both situations presently exist.
Since the civil authorities will not act to enforce the laws it is up to the President to do so... he needs to take a page from Lincoln and issue Presidential Arrest Warrants under his authority as the Chief Constitutional Law Enforcement Officer... too, round up all the enemies of the United States operating under the color of law as US government agents... thousands of them. Too, do this the President must address the nation to explain his actions and then declare Martial Law. Implementing Martial Law may require confrontation with senior command and staff, those who refuse his orders. These officers must be relieved of their command and authority... moved to GITMO... and held until article 32 investigations can be properly completed and courts-martial convened.
In any event, the ball is in the President's court... he has the current intelligence estimates and advice as to the intention of the DNC and Marxist operatives in the Government. He must decide the most appropriate way to deal with this major constitutional crisis.

Unfortunately evidence means nothing in a banana republic and in a failed state that the United States has become today. We cannot trust the courts, the elections, or much else. Trump is decent enough and honest to show these facts clearly to us and to the world. He is right disparaging the state of this formerly great nation in 2020 that is now a banana republic run by a corrupt deep state.
If you know history Czar Nicholas was a very weak and indecisive man... he could have saved his empire but refused to take the needed action to arrest and execute several key members of the revolution... he also made three major strategic mistakes:
1 He believed that his power was from God and that the Russian people were not as devoted to him as he felt he was to them, he was unwilling to allow the democratic reforms that might have prevented revolution,
2 He refused to give in to the people's demands for a constitutional monarchy. Nicholas at first gave in and created the DUMA only to revoke its power after the people returned to their homes. Nicholas did not want to share his power.
3. His final mistake was taking Russia into WW1 destroying the economy and killing or wounding 4 million Russians. There is also the embarrassment of loosing an earlier war with Japan. The people had enough and forced Nicholas to abdicate.

Yes, and THIS time, dammit, require every voter show a photo ID! I seriously doubt there are very many Americans who do NOT have one! ONLY the dead ones and the ILLEGAL ones, maybe! If your name isn't on the voter roles and you can't prove who you are, then you probably shouldn't be voting! it's as simple as that! Plus, ALL absentee ballots from military people MUST be counted!
