Well said, I breached the Speaker of the House issue several years ago when replacing John Boehner ... As the Speaker is not required to be an elected member of Congress... As such, Trump could be appointed/elected Speaker if the GOP controlled both Houses and he could then work to have the Biden/Harris ticket impeached for fraud. If it is proven that the election was rigged and that Trump really won, then yes, he and all of his supporters should be removed from the government, including military leaders. President Trump should immediately declare all Biden ExO's null and void. The wall should be started and all of the border policies should be reinstated at once. The President should do the same as Kennesaw Ga. and require that all citizens own/carry firearms. The bad guys already carry. The removal of biden can not be delayed to go before the courts. When it is proven in Az. and Ga. that the election was faulty, then all the states should be required to do an independent audit of their elections.
Decertify sufficient electors to make it impossible for either Biden or Trump to be elected by the Electoral College and send the Election to the House of Representatives, for a vote to determine the next president. Each State Delegation in the House gets one vote for President, under the provisions of the 12th Amendment.

But I believe Mr. Trumps popularity (evidenced by his recent rally) suggests he is installable as Speaker by a small change in the House seats (with a succession bonus).
