He did what he did and it includes murder. He knew all those people would die and he prevented them from getting the meds they needed early on. He lied and misled people, knowing where the virus came from, knowing what the cure was, and he did nothing to help them. will he be held responsible? That's a good question. He should be, regardless if he is holding any position or not, what counts is the position he had when the crimes were taking place.
