Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) has recently called for Attorney General Merrick Garland to conduct a review on the FBI’s 2018 investigation of then Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh — calling the initial probe “fake.”
Whitehouse sent a letter to Garland, according to a report by The Guardian, which asked the attorney general to enable “proper oversight” into concerns surrounding the 2018 investigation.
Although Kavanaugh denied the claims, the supreme court justice was accused of sexual assault by Christine Blasey Ford, in addition to several other misconduct allegations that surfaced following Ford’s testimony.
In his letter, Whitehouse accused the FBI of ignoring the requests of those who claimed to have information on Kavanaugh’s past behavior following the sexual assault allegation.

should they meet to pull each others fingers?
That would have the smell of death warmed over many times, and would provoke an action where their thought process orginates and truly comes from.
Enough is enough - hasn't Kavanaugh been put through the ringer????
He was a heck of a judge in the lower courts, but where was he at the election cases, he violated the stare decisis in Dennis vs United States (1951) with his denial to hear, I don't care that the other justices made it an issue still not heard, his answers to Mike Lee at his conframation hearing him bringing up and quoting Federealist papers 76, 56-58 anhd esp 10 (as to tyranny) he was grounded in voting to hear the election fraud cases. He is brillant but the gutter minds and lies of the House democrats makes everything dirty and the word evil is ever present in everything they do.
