The money will also help repair some of the country's larger bridges that are "most economically significant," the fact sheet says."

A 'Mirror Image' is in effect a REVERSE IMAGE of reality... The image we perceive in a mirror is the reverse image of reality; some people might call a mirror image of Reagan, a reverse image of Reagan.... which is quite astute observation when examined. Biden does just the opposite/reverse of what Reagan would do given the same problem.
