However, America’s leftists also believe, to name three big examples, that sexes can magically switch places, that ending our criminal justice system reduces crime, and that a country can simultaneously sustain an open border and a welfare state. On a smaller delusional scale, Press Secretary Jen Psaki revealed her disconnect from small business concerns, and the New York Times was horrified by “unfettered conversations.”
Jen Psaki, who serves as Joe Biden’s Press Secretary, is an excellent choice in many ways. She’s comfortable appearing uninformed and unintelligent before the media. She knows that they won’t call her out and apparently doesn’t care what the American people think. On Tuesday, she offered a perfect example of that latter point.
Psaki is hosting weekly video briefings during which she answers questions people have submitted via Twitter. At one minute and 21 seconds into the video below, Psaki reads out the question: “What is President Biden doing for my small business?”
By September 2020, nearly 100,000 small businesses had permanently closed across America. By November, just in New York and New Jersey, nearly one-third of all small businesses were gone. The lockdowns have decimated businesses in every Democrat-run state. Considering how important small businesses are to the economy, this is a deeply serious issue.
So what’s Psaki’s choice for the most important thing – the “first and foremost” thing – that Biden has done for small businesses? “He nominated a woman to lead the Small Business Administration”.

The rise to Federal leadership is usually upwards, such as governor to senator or president, so states applying the second amendment against the feds means too late because it's possible for states to become corrupt ahead of the feds. Also the second amendment does not enumerate which level of government, I think any level provided other venues are tried first (like assistance by the feds or other states)
There was never to be a hierarchy of positions between the States and the Federal Government... each body of government was to have its own soverign authority and powers .... not encroaching on the others but complementing them. The State's were to be the supreme authority in a Constitutional Republic. The Federal Government was to be the SERVANT of the several States.... acting both as enabler and defender of mutual rights liberties and powers.
However, the Federal Government has grown out of control in direct relationship to its USURPATION OF POWER by the use of the FEDERAL JUDICIARY and its supposed OVERSIGHT powers and authority to mandate and execute Constitutional Law. Thru judicial activism beginning with Maybury vs. Madison the Federal Courts have a long history of usurpations and rogue law... until today a lawyer will tell you that there are two laws in the land... the law of the Court and the Constitutional/Statutory Law. This has to lead to the imposition of rule under Judicial fiat or under the color of law and it MUST END. We must reign in the federal judiciary by placing serious limits on their jurisdiction... starting with limiting all its orders, injunctions, rulings, and findings to the CASE BEFORE IT... and NO OTHERS.
Over the years the president has also assumed greater and greater powers, which is why sleepy joe can govern like he does with executive orders only. He doesn't have to work with Congress as much anymore, he is clearly above the law, but he didn't invent that situation. He is just taking advantage of it unlike Trump who tried to govern with impeccible ethics and honor that only a true patriot has.
Certain Executive Orders are fine... those which clarify confusing statutory and or regulatory law and rules are permitted. Others are used to issue Constitutional orders to the Secretaries of various government Departments and are lawful as long as they do not violate constitutional and statutory law. It is up to the various States, Congress, and the individual departments of the Administration to CHALLENGE ALL UNCONSTITUTIONAL EXECUTIVE ORDERS.
There should be all kinds of lawsuits and requests for injunctive stays being issued regarding Biden's EO's the lack of such actions will clearly point to corruption on the part of those agencies and individuals whose duty it is to CHECK UNCONSTITUTIONAL OR UNLAWFUL acts by the President. Failure to challenge unconstitutional or illegal EO's exposes the corrupt and their part in foisting such illegal orders upon the Nation.

Incredible! The longer we, the real patriotic Americans bow down and accept all these things, the harder it will be to ever turn the country around. People need to rise up one way or another and make the morons understand that it will not be tolerated. Every phone call and every e-mail is recorded somewhere and eventually your representatives and senators will have to stop and think. Personally I wish we had some militia and military leaders who would take over the organization of the resistance. The left will not change unless they are forced to change. I remember being part of the Hungarian Revolution, marching to the radio stations with thousands of students and took it over. This was the beginning and initially we won.
