1.) When I was in DC, doing deep research on the issues around spygate and trying to understand the depth of corruption within the legislative and judicial branches, I ran into a guy...

2.) DC was locked down at the time (May/June 2020), so there were very few people around. However, this guy's credentials within the DC system were impeccable.

I checked him out afterward & was stunned at how he spent his entire career in/around the IC and related apparatus
3.) After a lengthy and casual introduction and discussion, I was genuinely shocked at the severity of his warnings about the FBI, DOJ and various other agencies.

However, in hindsight, after checking him out, I realized he was certainly a person to understand.
4.) His warning was direct, devoid of emotion, very deliberate and very cold. But behind his eyes and words was a guy telling the truth; the quiet part that no-one inside the bubble says openly.
5.) What he said was that not a single person of honor or integrity can survive inside the DC institutions we were discussing. The system itself is designed to remove them... All of them... every-single-one.
6.) He laughed at the term "honorable" rank and file. But it wasn't a snarky laugh; it was almost like a resignation laugh... a genuine look toward the sky and compassion for a view I held that his honesty would destroy.
7.) He wasn't bitter, angry or jaded; and I would not call him cynical. He was very genuine, very wise, held decades of knowledge.... and was a "just the facts" kinda Joe Friday guy.
8.) I found out a few days later his job within the system was sending him overseas again. Perhaps that's why he apparently wanted to tell the genuine side of his story and experience. Dunno, but I will never forget it.
9.) I still held the belief there were three branches of government.... and there were "checks and balances"... and there had to be some way for a good person to expose corruption.

He quickly dispatched those beliefs (with examples).
10.) He explained the "checks and balances" I spoke of did exist at a time when there were three branches of government. However, that time has long passed.

There is only one overarching DC eco-system now. The three branch concept is gone. Doesn't exist.
11.) As he explained, the levers of power are all controlled by the same system, and behind that system are positions - not people. "Positions"
12.) People are evaluated based on their ability to support and protect the system. Their skill level is what moves them into position.

Position. Evaluation. Next Position. Evaluation. Etc.
13.) The system more like an institution. Within the institution there are divisions. The divisions are what we used to call "branches".

The divisions (branches) are not independent from the institution of DC. The divisions are operated by people in power who hold positions.
14.) He identified the timeline of this institutional creation as a slow build (over decades), but most visibly increasing in publicity after 9/11/01 and the patriot act.
15.) Once the patriot act made the government responsible for total safety; the previously embedded bad actors took full control. One office of particular note was the creation of the ODNI.

As he noted the amassing of surveillance power.
16.) once that Rubicon was crossed, everything after was downstream and unstoppable. The institution of the total intelligence apparatus now had full control.... over every branch (which again, he said is more like 'divisions').
17.) When he explained about the Inspector General part, I understood why the IG's offices (all of them) are compromised.... and why there can never be a whistleblower against the system.

Remember the "positions" part. Yeah, the IG's are key on that aspect.
18.) When he explained the legislative committee heads, he also explained how 'advise and consent' is used to keep the (executive) positions staffed only with particular people who have passed the institutional evaluation.
19.) He would know... his experience was deep in the part of the system that does the evaluation.

Think about what is needed to move into a position. A background check right? A clearance right?

Control of the people in the system, is done from the place where checks are done
20.) This is the place where people of honor and integrity are weeded out. They are a threat; or really not so much a threat, but just the "wrong type" of people. Said with a very matter-of-fact acceptance.
21.) One of the key institutions who do the background checks is The FBI.

That is why the FBI had to be compromised first in the structure of the new (post 9/11) system.

22.) Once you realize there is only one party, the UniParty, the next step is to recognize there are no longer three branches within government.

Then everything that has previously created frustration starts to make sense.
23) The discussion about there no longer being three branches of government was an eye-opening part of the talk... But if you think about it, it makes sense.

The executive, the legislative and the judicial branches all defer to the Intelligence Community.Image
24) Here's the exercise he sent me away with. If you doubt this thread, apply the scientific method to the hypothesis.

Show me a single example where they don't.

  • This is pretty much the way it is... ONE PARTY... the swamp or more appropriately the Marxist new world order.  One is selected for high office because they have serious character flaws that can be used to compromise, coerce and control them. VP Pence and his key role in the January 6th betrayal and the recent SCOTUS appointments should raise real questions regarding the system that produces such betrayal.  Chief Justice Roberts appears to have some real serious character issues regarding the adoption of his children and the question arises what problems or character flaws do the other justices possess that would cause them to reverse centuries of settled law and Constitutional interpretation, almost daily now?

We need a complete RESET... a Term limits and Recall Amendment the recalls all sitting elected and APPOINTED officials including Federal Judges ... subject to new elections and appointments.  We must outlaw anyone currently holding office from ever holding any public office ... judges included.

Term limit all new and future elected, and appointed officials to one term... ONE TERM... 6yrs, with 1/3rd standing for election and appointment every 2 years.. that will end the swamps hold on our government.  Return our government to citizen representatives and put the management of the government in the hands of citizens who serve one term of 6yrs and return to their homes.

I would also suggest that all Senior Civil Service appointments be limited to 3yrs ... with one extension of 3yrs, allowing for a total of 6 yrs at the GS-14 grades or equivalent level and higher.  We must gain control over the SES... senior executive service officers once more.

  • it's sickening!

  • The system of checks and balances as Constitutionally defined, and denied as functional in this writing, is what the People consent to in governance.

That others pervert and misrepresent governments role in actions and intent is not nessesarily denied, execpt in any implication of ultimate condition.

People decide to be free, take action, and are liberated accordingly. Freedom is not a gift to be assumed, owned in perpetuity. Own it,use it, or lose it.

So the Tree of Liberty is a tad parched ? Well, no one is owed a living in this World, I reckon. So I expect irrigation. But the jig is beyond all doubt, up!

  • I support one branch, the others sit on their hands

    • Buddy, bear in mind that the Intelligence agencies and the Justice Department are a part of the Executive branch.

    • As the unnamed individual suggested ... we don't have 3 separate branches of Government... Today's Branches of Government operate LIKE DIVISIONS of a central government. Divisions don't operate with independent authority or a clear separation of power.  Divisions respond to a central authority. They operate as extensions of an overreaching central power... in this case a shadow government.

Our Three Branches of Government (Executive, Legislative and Judicial) were created as independent branches of government.  They were intended to operate as sovereign, within their Constitutionally assigned powers, free from the interference of the other Branches.  The founding father's created these three branches to operate independently of each other, as Checks and Balances against an overreaching federal government.  They did this by keeping the powers of government SEPARATED and divided among the 3 branches.

Not so today, the Judiciary reigns and rules over the other branches... using the color of law they have usurp absolute power.  Each, Branch is being managed by hand-picked and compromised individuals whose loyalty is to the deep state, not the US Constitution or the People.

    • You are listing nagging fears I have (how do you do it?).

Re-asserted Sovereignty of States breaks up the centralized effect of the Federal organization,

(lacking a domestic army needed to implement federal dictates or by military co-operation)

and may be the best, most effective way to resist and subdue the radical federal beast.

If we say "NO!" it won't go. All that's left is genocide against an armed population.

Well-regulated would be preferable, but wide-spread resistance would deter.

Nullification may finally have a legitimate use to serve the Country IMHO.

  • 1922 Vladimir Lenin gave a speech to the Communist Party International (CPI)... the United States can be conquered, and capitalism destroyed by simply taking over the media.  Up until around 1950's newsreels were produced in Hollywood and showed in movie theaters around the country.  In 1923 CPI began infiltrating the labor unions in Hollywood and in 1946 Walt Disney (and several other movie company owners) filed an official complaint with Congress asking for help because the labor unions refused to make movies unless they had control of the content.  WWII had just ended, and Congress was too busy to deal with the Hollywood problem so they just passed a law that movie companies could not own news companies.   In 1993 Bill Clinton & Socialist Democrats removed that law and Disney immediately purchased ABC News, Paramount purchased CBS, Universal Studios purchased NBC, and Warner Bros. purchased CNN.   ABC CBS NBC CNN immediately fired all pro America reporters, investigators, and announcers and replaced them with communists...  Time-Warner also acquired and owns the 500 top best-selling magazines in the world.

Take back the media from the communists and the U.S.A. will pull out of this spiral of doom.

    • With Socialists as avowed enemies of our Constitutional Republic embracing Lassez Faire free market capitalism, I see no problem with catagorically excluding such folk from 1st Amendment immunity, as well as from offices of honor, trust, or profit under the United States. Further, I would prosecute them for attempting to fraudulently occupy such positions, as well as for traditional high crimes of sedition, insurrection, or treason for those who are discovered in government office.

The Smith act -1940,  and The Communist Control act-1954, apparently did just this, but has been marked unconstitutional in federal court (not SCOTUS), and not enforced. Unexplained to satisfaction, is why? The Constitution forbids in due-process, sufferance of insurrection, sedition, and treason, being specifically mentioned crimes.

I can hear the Colonel warming up.

    • John, You are absolutely dead on. This is the discussion that ALL of America needs to drawn into. We are witnessing the one party system that the multi-billionaires of the world have decided would be best for us ‘peons’.

The following paragraph is a reprint of a post I made on another subject:

Even if the fraud committed in this election is completely exposed for the entire world to see, it won’t make any difference whatsoever. The democrats will vehemently deny any wrongdoing and the media will attack the auditors as a right wing conspiracy. They will manufacture criminal charges to be used against anyone involved with the audit and attempt to silence any and all dissent. The path to reclaiming America MUST start with exposing the media as the propaganda arm of ‘The New World Order’. It’s going to take a tremendous effort by a great number of people to prevent the totalitarian technocracy headed our way.

Very few people here in America want to hear about The Deep State, or The New World Order, or A One World Government. The media has been able to convince 2/3 of our citizens that these are all conspiracy theories and have absolutely no merit. Now that a few grains of truth have started to slip through their tight security, perhaps the good people of our country will begin to stand up and be heard.

Great post John. Keep up the good work.
