  • You peoople are on the wrong track.  The probelm isn't someone buying up houses it is the governments making it so damn expensive to build them.

    • Lopez... I give you cudo's...That is one of the most logical dissertations you've produced! Thank you!

  • A Good Idea And Add to it stop china and other countries from buying property here

  • I did not know this, I do feel their reach should be limited

  • Things are getting really weird. The founder, chairman, and CEO of Blackrock, Laurence Fink, was a member of a business forum that President Donald J. Trump put together. Why are we going against Trump and his people on this website now?

    • Blackrock is buying lots and lots of homes.   Why?  There must be an ulterior motive.

This is not against Donald Trump.  ;This is for the people of this country.  I for one would like to know what Blackrock is doing with all those homes?

    • Jc4you, I can tell you what Blackrock is doing with the homes. They are trying to make as much money as they can by renting them out. That's capitalism for you, and that's wonderful. That's exactly what we the people want. The other option is socialism, which would force Blackrock not to make any money if some (moral?) authority decided that people needed cheaper homes.

    • Paul, everything Blackrock does is to effect a pre-determined Political Goal. That is not Capitolism!

    • The homes are being purchased and then rented out to people of color and illegals thus changing the demographics of entire states! I can site Louisana as this has been going on since Hurricane Katrina!!!!!!
