The Sussman trial was compromised from the get-go... Do we actually believe that Durham did his best starting with merely charging Sussman with one count of lying to government agents in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001(a)(2). He knowingly presented 'false documents' to the FBI, and would have filed a false affidavit attesting to the evidence he gave the FBI, each is a separate crime. There are also underlying conspiracy charges that were not filed. Sussman certainly conspired with various agents and the DNC in an attempt to derail the Trump election.
I would not be surprised to learn that the handling of the prosecution was botched and botched purposefully... starting with seating the jury.

Yes, still in jail! I just read that one of them was texting his ex girlfriend, and he called her a "moron" because she did not believe that the election was stolen. She got angry with him, and she reported him to the FBI. He pleaded guilty to entering the Capitol, and tugging on a policeman's sleeve. The article said that he is facing 20 years in jail!! This reminds me of East Germany under the Stasi.
Meanwhile, the Black Lives Matter crowd- the ones who rioted in summer of 2020, and ANTIFA- get a slap on the wrist- if that!
I listened to an interview that was done in the 1980s of Yuri Bezmenov, a KGB agent that defected to the West. He said that "Your petitions mean nothing to them (The communists). You can't vote them out, you have to force them out." I am not sure how we do that without being anhilated by the government. The interview is called "Deception was my Job" and it is on You Tube.
