With the help of stolen U.S. technology, China has developed at least three types of high-tech weapons to attack the electric grid and key technologies in a “surprise Pearl Harbor” assault that could send America into a deadly blackout, according to a new analysis.
According to the report from the independent EMP Task Force on National and Homeland Security, China has built a network of satellites, high-speed missiles, and “super-electromagnetic pulse” weapons that could melt down the U.S. electric network, fry critical communications, and stifle aircraft carrier groups.
According to the report, written by the task force’s executive director, Peter Pry, long an expert on EMP warfare, China developed the weapons as part of its “Total Information Warfare” that includes hacking raids on computers.
What’s more, despite China’s promises to attack only after being attacked, Pry revealed new data to show that the communist nation is lying and eager to shoot first with “high-altitude electromagnetic pulse,” or HEMP, weapons launched from satellites, ships, and land.

I've seen TV programs on EMP's.................. They're really devestating.. They can bounce the pulse off the inonisphere and can hit othewr countries..
I do not for one moment not believe in 'what China has" that could kill American Grid. HOWEVER... our military is ( and has been ) fully aware of their 'purported' readiness. I would be interested in the Proof that these weapons have been thoroughly tested without our knowledge... Underground testing? range tests? moving the magnetic North Pole? Regardless of their 'readiness' to use these weapons, I am quite sure that American Military has already developed supersonic 'spoilers' which could make China's (stolen) plans look like a firecracker. You may disagree - but you cannot PROVE anything!
Any foriegn ship that is 200 miles out in the ocean is in international waters. A fake fishing trawler can be outfitted with a missle launcher down in the hull. The missle fitted with a small nuke can be launched and set to explode 200 miles up above the central Us. The rest is history. The US military has done testing on the use of nukes for an EMP out in the pacific during the 1940's. The tests took place 200-300 miles south of Hawaii. In that era there were no electronics, but there were street lights that were affected in Hawaii.If you are tooo lazy to do some research on this subject then you really don't want to know the truth. Use your damned I-phone to go online and look this stuff up! Like I said in my previous post, all of the worlds advanced militaries have this technology, if you want to call it that. There is no "technology" needed. A small launch vehicle out in the ocean and that is all it would take.
If this post is factual and the CIA and National Security Council have the hard intel to support such a conclusion... We must not let China deploy such weapons. I don't know of their operational status, however, if they are in the process of making such capability operational we have no choice but to either strike now or have in place effective countermeasures. Let us hope we have effective countermeasures albeit with China's nuclear submarine fleet and there ability to lie offshore 100 NM they can likely deliver a strike before we could alert and authorize a defense.
The traditional post WW2 strategy of MUTUAL DESTRUCTION may not work if the US is attacked with weapons that effectively destroy our energy grids, fry our military electronics and render our ability to launch a counter-strike...we are sitting ducks. I am reminded of Revelation 18... As follows:

Let me add the description of the world standing off afar for fear of our tournament... of China's weapons, lament over the sudden destruction of the US is notably not for the death of her people but the loss of their commerce with us. Both of the above comments are right on. The scriptures also tell us that a wise man sees trouble coming and prepares for it. If you live i a large or medium city then you need to move out into the country side, if possible, at least 40-70 miles out. Do some prepping. Freeze dried food, a good water filter, electronics stored in a galvanized steel garbage can, go online and search for prepping for an EMP. there is a lot of info out there. 90% of Americans would die the first year.
