As communities developed, homes allotted enough land to accommodate a well for water separated far enough from their septic tanks/flow fields so as to not contaminate the drinking water. Chicago is so far gone that the sewage is impossible to tell from the potable water. Time to abandon the City and allow it to "Ghost." The same comparison can easily be made for its inhabitants.
