It’s hard to stop an 18-wheeler barreling down the highway. When thousands of them stretch for miles (or as they say in Canada, “kilometers”) with the goal of shutting down Ottawa, there’s nothing that can stop them.
The “Freedom Convoy” is protesting medical tyranny that is forcing truck drivers to get jabbed if they want to cross the U.S. border. For many truckers, cross-border hauling is their bread and butter, meaning the careers many of them have spent decades building are in jeopardy over a worthless, dangerous experimental injection for a disease that has a tremendous recovery rate. They aren’t happy, and they’re on their way to let Ottawa know about it.
They are also close to their goal of $2,000,000, the amount they set to cover expenses for the journey. According to their GoFundMe page:
To our Fellow Canadians, the time for political over reach is over. Our current government is implementing rules and mandates that are destroying the foundation of our businesses, industries and livelihoods. Canadians have been integral to the fabric of humanity in many ways that have shaped the planet.
We are a peaceful country that has helped protect nations across the globe from tyrannical governments who oppressed their people, and now it seems it is happening here. We are taking our fight to the doorsteps of our Federal Government and demanding that they cease all mandates against its people. Small businesses are being destroyed, homes are being destroyed, and people are being mistreated and denied fundamental necessities to survive. It’s our duty as Canadians to put an end to this mandates. It is imperative that this happens because if we don’t our country will no longer be the country we have come to love. But this isn’t just about jobs. Truckers are the heart and soul of the supply chain. Without them bringing food and goods from point A to point B, the supply chain stops. This pressure campaign by the U.S., Canadian, and Mexican governments, which went into effect today, has nothing to do with healthcare and everything to do with control. The Freedom Convoy hopes to educate government officials as well as the citizens about the importance of embracing medical freedom in the fight against tyranny.

Look at the posts here, and this is a very conservative site, how many are in agreement about anything? We all want the same thing, our country back in our control, but as soon as we have a guy step up to lead us there, the conservatives start picking at him, blaming him for whatever he didn't get around to, what he did wrong, etc. THIS disagreement is what keeps us from being able to get anywhere with our goal. People want it immediately, just as they invisioned it, no slack anywhere, or they will turn on the guy, as you see people turn on other conservatives here. Talk, talk, talk, complaints about not having a leader......yet many don't recognize a leader when he stands in front of them working his ass off!

Pres. Trump and the GOP had both houses of Congress in the first two years of his Presidency… and did nothing permanently to remove the core problem in our government... BETRAYAL Betrayal, in the halls of government and our nation’s key institutions of power. Treason disguised as conscientious patriotism among our political and corporate elites was left to continue eating away at our foundations. The temporary fixes of the Trump era did nothing to guarantee our nation’s long-term security or liberty... In fact, the temporary fixes severed to deflect and obfuscate from the core problem(s) needing to be addressed... The failure of leadership at all levels of society and ESPECIALLY GOVERNMENT.
America is swimming against a rip-tide looking for someone to throw it a lifeline… only to find that the lifeguards are out to lunch and the public is left with more of the same tedious struggle to tread water or swim against the incoming rip tide. The RINOs, the never Trumpers made sure he would fail whatever they had to do.....they opposed him every step of the way, and they did everything they could! Remember, there is no betrayal as certain, and as affective as one from within. Everything they did was to destroy Trump, down to advise on who would be suited for positions, they gave him misleading information so he would fail. They were willing to sacrifice the country to get rid of an outsider that might stop any of them from their cozy setup of status quo.
Incidental betrayal is the unintended result of poor management and in the case of Pres. Trump... the woeful selection of Sessions, Barr, Kelly, Priebus, Milley, and more ad nauseam. Then there are the SCOTUS picks, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barret who are proving to be more moderate than conservative judges. It remains to be seen if the 300 plus federal judges he appointed are any better than those they replaced. The poor personnel management of those selected to key positions in the Administration resulted in the incidental betrayals I referred to... they were not intentional, but were betrayals never the less, as they should not have happened.
