Business Owners Within CHOP File Class Action Suit Against City of Seattle

It was inevitable.

As normal Americans have watched the utter disintegration of civilized society within the Capitol Hill area of Seattle, facilitated by their idiotic, feckless “Mayor Jenny” Durkan, many have thought to themselves, “If I owned a business or lived in that part of the city, I’d refuse to pay taxes,” or, “I’d sue the crap out of the city.”

Now it’s happening.

On Wednesday afternoon more than a dozen businesses inside the CHOP/CHAZ zone filed a class action suit in the United States District Court against the City of Seattle, saying:

“(T)his lawsuit is about the constitutional and other legal rights of plaintiffs – businesses, employees and residents in and around CHOP – which have been overrun by the city of Seattle’s unprecedented decision to abandon and close off an entire city neighborhood, leaving it unchecked by the police, unserved by fire and emergency health services and inaccessible to the public at large.”

The Plaintiffs say that city officials were complicit in allowing an “occupied protest” by doing nothing to prevent the conduct and actively endorsing the ongoing occupation of “CHOP.”

They stress, though, that they’re not against the overall Black Lives Matter message.

“The lawsuit isn’t seeking to interfere with the message that is trying to be sent by protesters,” said Angelo Calfo, who is representing the plaintiffs. “Our clients want public order. They want public safety. They want access to their streets and to the properties.”

Those residents of Seattle who live in the area of occupation by the rioters and looters no doubt at least some of them voted the mayor into office. Therefore, they got exactly the government they deserve. Elections have consequences. Hopefully someday all Americans will realize that! Same thing goes for all those cities and states that all these violent demonstrations, looting and rioting are happening in. They all happen to be ruled by so called democrats and have been for several decades! Currently if anyone votes any so called democrat (they are actually some kind of a socialist either communist, fascist or marxist) into a political office of authority that voter is a part of the problem NOT a part of any solution. That is positively true in the election coming up next November!

Right now it looks like we are headed toward a civil war. Any group or groups who push to that point has no idea what they are doing. At no time in mankind's history has any country as heavily armed as the United States of America been in a civil war. Make no mistake about it millions maybe tens of millions of Americans will die even if it is not a war of attrition like the war of 1861 - 1865. Other nations may actually get involved. It could be the beginning of something much worse than a civil war if anything could be.

What is currently happening has no chance of coming out on top they will absolutely lose but right now they see themselves as undefeatable because there is no real push back to their acts and they see themselves as all powerful because the democrats are bowing to them and they are in democrat controlled states and cities. Even streets are being renamed to appease them. They yesterday promised to burn down the system if their demands were not met. Because of the effort to appease them things will get worse much worse. That was a warning of things to come. The pretend peaceful protestors are wrong and will pay the price in the future for their mistake. Personally I have no problem for making them pay I have absolutely no sympathy for any of them. Yes I am a veteran. I have no problem fighting such bad intentioned idiots such as these rioters and looters who pretend to be peaceful demonstrators. They are domestic terrorists. The mainstream media describe them as peaceful while buildings are burning. The MSM is guilty for what is happening at this very moment. Make no mistake about it these people would kill anyone disagreeing with their position if they thought for one minute they could get away with it. It will soon come to that under the current conditions. However, the pretend democrats want President Trump to send the military in because they think that will get them the November election. They are wrong there as well.

In the final analysis however, if anyone thinks things cannot get worst they are dreaming the so called democrats will go to any length to get back in power. This includes killing Americans. Their goal is Obama’s promised fundamental transformation. What we did not know when he promised it but do know now is that transformation is into a socialist state meaning either a communist, fascist or marxist country with a touch of Islam. That means they intend to destroy our Constitution Representative Republic and free enterprise economic system. In other words they mean to destroy America as we know it and take everyone’s liberties from them. Many of this nations citizens are currently taking our God given freedoms, guaranteed by our constitution, for granted and are willing to give them up and put themselves in the hands of government thinking that is better then freedom. Nothing could possibly be farther from the truth. History proves that. So once again those who do not know history are in this case DOOMED to repeat it. America however, as a whole, will fight this promised transformation. There may be as many as a hundred million who, like me, will fight this destruction if it comes to that. We are armed thanks to that pesky second amendment which was put there for just such an occasion.

Perfect. Let the legal system resolve what the voters opened themselves to in trust. Leave these delelict ideologues without shoes on their feet, or a pot to piss in.....until they surrender themselves to serve their sentence.

  Don - This is exactly the scenario that has transpired in our great country. I live in Mexifornia and have restrictions on ammunition. Could you write to me so I can get ahold of you when the shooting starts. I am an old vet that loves this country more every year. It is being destroyed. I need a couple of contacts outside this state should I need help. Thanks brother! This discussion site may be the best way for all of us to remain in touch.

  You are absolutely correct! As a retired police officer and my husband who is a retired career Marine - we are both ready for whatever comes our way. I prefer to die on my feet than on my knees!
