Wikileaks obtained a cable allegedly sent by then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to the embassies of member nations of the Australia Group, which at the time was planning a plenary meeting in Paris in September 2009.
The existence of this document was reported on Wednesday by Human Events’ editor Jack Posobiec.
On its website, The Australia Group describes itself as “an informal forum of countries which, through the harmonisation of export controls, seeks to ensure that exports do not contribute to the development of chemical or biological weapons.” Its 43 member nations include Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan and Argentina, to list a few. Neither China nor Russia are members of this group.
The cable, which can be viewed on Wikileaks, stated, “We believe it is important to focus on emerging chemical and biological technologies, trends in the trade of [chemical and biological weapons]-Killing In The Name Of… Bio-Weapons –related goods and threats.”
Within the cable, Clinton reportedly issued unique sets of talking points to specific nation members. Posobiec reported that in her comments to France, she conveyed a not-so-subtle warning that the Wuhan Institute of Virology, then undergoing construction of its physical facilities, could eventually pose a “biological weapons proliferation concern.”

This just adds to the evidence that supports a theory of some type of organized take over of the USA by the de"mock'rats and the CCP. Most of us know (or at least suspected) that Hillary was a crooked as a $3.00 bill. We also have evidence that suggests that several "health" organizations in our country, those sponsored by the UN and at least one worldwide "health" organization is controlled by the CCP. I fail to understand why - why are so many organizations protecting the CCP. Why don't the world leaders seem to take an active interest in getting to the bottom of this mess? Please don't try to tell me they are - all I have seen so far is meaningless pandering (saying what citizens want to hear) ad nothing concrete being done.
Possibly fear... is driving capitulation... the old saying was Red or Dead... might be correct if the CCP is willing to wage Biological Warfare no one is safe and the human population in this world may be seriously at risk of self-destruction. I suspect that the CCP has threatened Biowarfare as they publically have let it leak that they have such weapons and will use them.
This sort of fear-mongering may well be behind the kid gloves diplomacy being engaged by the West... However, history tells us appeasement of such tyrants is foolish... capitulation leads to subordination... The CCP must be dealt with directly and harshly... if they in fact have the bioweapons capability and have used it... As recently as the Obama Administration the Democrats have authorized research grants and the exchange of data on viral pathogens between the CDC and the Wuhan Institute. The Chinese appear to have actively violated the BIO-Weapons ban and its treaties. They apparently weaponized... thru increase of function research... several naturally occurring viruses: COVID 19, SARS, MERS, and the Avian Bird Flue appear to be examples of this work. These deadly viruses are all variants of viruses that occur naturally in animals to make them transmissible to humans. The genetic manipulation to make these viruses transmissible to humans appears man-induced.
The Wuhan Institute of Virology is said to have weaponized several strains of deadly naturally occurring viruses... The only use for such experimentation is to produce bio-weapons. Bio-Weapons are easily disguised as naturally occurring pandemics. Bio-weapons can be used to engage in War through asymmetrical means... providing the aggressor with plausible deniability.
