It doesn't matter taht DJT never conceded... the State's and Congress had an opportunity to disqualify all the Elecctors who were FRAUDULENTLY APPOINTED to vote for Biden... thus the election would have gone to the House where the GOP controls a significant majority of the state delegations... one vote per state deligation and Trump would have had his second term.
However, the State's joined in the fraud and sent its electors to Congress with a fraudulent vote for Biden... those electorrs should have been challenged and disqualified based on the fraudulent election... That did not happen as VP Pence permitted the joint session to be closed without hearing the objections to the electors... something well within his power. The excuse being the riots that took place... albiet they never threatened or actually assaulted a single member of Congress. Congress then by joint resolution CERTIFIED THE ELECTION OF BIDEN as President. End of story, end of the legal process... with there being 3 separate places the vote could have been legally challenged it was not... at the county election judge, by the State legislature, Secretary of State or Governor... and in the Joint Session of Congress.... they all joined in the fraud and certified the election of Biden.
Therefore, Pres. Joe Biden was installed with the aid of the several states including those with Republican governors and or state legislatures... Final note: VP Pence sealed the certification of Joe Biden as the next President... VP Pence betrayed Trump and all of America.
