President Joe Biden met with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau Thursday at the Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles - but led their appearance by commenting on the January 6 primetime hearing back in Washington, D.C.
'One of the things that is going to occupy my country tonight, I suspect, is the first open hearings on January the 6th and as I said when it was occurring and subsequent, I think it was a clear, flagrant violation of the Constitution,' Biden said. 'I think these guys and women broke the law - tried to turn around the result of an election.'
The president didn't point fingers.
'And there's a lot of question of who's responsible, who's involved,' he said. 'I'm not going to make a judgment on that.'
Biden told Trudeau he was just letting him know that 'a lot of Americans are going to be seeing for the first time some of the detail that occurred.'

These hearings are a violation of the Constitution's separation of powers... the DOJ and its law enforcement agencies are responsible for criminal investigations, not Congress... In addition, all hearings by Congress must be either oversight inquiries that examine the proper execution of Federal Programs and expenditures or fact-finding hearings needed to make informed legislative decisions. Congress is not to abuse its Constitutional power to hold hearings, to pursue alleged criminal conduct by the opposition party, or as political theater and propaganda. Let the FBI and various law enforcement agencies pursue criminal conduct. If Congress believes a crime has been committed it needs to refer it to the DOJ for follow-up investigation.

About 30 years ago I saw how black judges, black prosecutors and lawyers were working together manipulating the system. Then I had a situation where the bailiff posed as a judge to help a crooked layer MAKE a case.....when cought the bailiff killed himself, but the attorney, prosecutor and the judge went on picking and choosing who wins and who loses according to skin color! Seeing first hand how they play with people's lives was an eye opener for me, that was when I made sure I knew who the judge was before I voted. Our system has been twisted foe many decades, these people got into high positions and took advantage of their power. It goes on at every level of government, DC, state, county and city governments are all poisonous cesspools! Politicians are no different, they all should be watched at all times! USA, how did an "illegal entry" occur when capitol police opened doors and waved people into the building?????
